Other Routine Functional Activities :- Book Fairs 03 times a year In collaboration with external agencies Preparation of Library Quarterly As per the Library Policy statistics Checking of Library note Regularly Class VI-IX Display of New Arrival Regularly As and when added List Retro Conversion of Regularly As and when needed and Documents Disposal of old newspapers and magazines Books/document selection and accessioning Quarterly As and when needed parallel to other activities. Distributed on the Annual Day function Note: The Library may prepare the ALAP as per the local availability of resources and needs of users. As per (KVS) new library policy guidelines
