You and your team have a limited amount of time two weeks to be exact. You have decided to split up and explore one biome per person to learn everything you can possibly know about this biome. You have to write a two page research paper about the many different treasures your biome has to offer. The details you need to know are: 1. Where is your biome located? Can you find it on a map? Could you show someone or explain it? a. What countries are located within your biome? b. What are these countries like? What is important to know about these countries? 2. What makes your biome unique? a. How much rain does it get? b. How warm or cold is it? 3. Are there plants? a. How do they grow? b. What kind of root system? c. What kind are they? d. Do they have a purpose? e. Do they bloom? When? 4. Animals a. What kinds of animals live there? b. What do they eat? c. Is there water to drink? d. Where do they live? (in the ground/trees/other) e. Are any of the animals here endangered? 5. What are some important social or economic issues that the public should be aware of? a. Is there a war being fought here? b. Is there a stable government? (are there new governments taking over or battles in the government) c. Are there other resources (trees, plants, minerals, oil, water) that are endangered or being used up?
