VAT art. nr The BINDOMATIC 1000 is a small and manually operated binder designed mainly for personal use, yet producing the same professionally bound documents as the more advanced binders, and it will fit on your desk! No larger than an A4 size folder, you will appreciate the fact that it is right by your side. Up to five documents can be bound at the same time, and the practical built-in cover spine width indicator will make sure you always use the correct size cover. Bind documents up to 120 sheets without hazzle. Binding time is less than a minute per binding cycle in continuous binding mode. 11 Covers Bindomatic Advocate * All covers of Bindomatic are manufactured with the environmental impact in mind. With the ECO cover we offer document binding at an absolute minimum ecological footprint, using 100% recycled paper. Read more about our environmental commitment on our website. The Advocate covers are fully made of cardboard with or without a front window. Where mentioned Textured the paper is linen textured. The size of window is 100x75 mm with corner radii 1mm. Window position is fixed in the centre and 55mm from top edge. All covers come with a strip of glue pre-attached to the spine and also pre-scored hinges both in front and back of the cover. 12 Hard Covers Bindomatic Ambassador Ambassador Regular: All Hard Covers are made of leatherlike wrapping with a carton thickness of 2,5mm. The Regular Hard Cover version has a classic clean look with a smooth front & back. Ambassador POD: The front is squarely embossed to mark the position where the adhesive lable, that you can print on your own laser/digital printer, will fit. The adhesive lables are included (plus a few extra) with the Ambassador POD covers. Ambassador Window: Features a die-cut window that exposes part of the first printed page of the document. Thanks to the window, this document will display the document title, even when it is closed. 16 Business Terms Price Prices in this price book exclude VAT. Lead times Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 working days. Lead time may vary depending on type of cover and order quantity. Unless otherwise agreed, Bindomatic will always hold a shipment to include full order, rather than first ship partial order plus secondary rest-order/backlog. Freight terms (subject to market/destination) Free delivery for first customer order where a binder 5000 or 101DFS is included in the shipment. Free delivery for supplies order of 8 boxes or more. Freight charge for 1-7 boxes is box. Payment terms Payment terms are subject to review for each individual customer. Depending if new or existing customer, business relationship, payment history etc., the terms will vary from payment against invoice (max net 30 days from delivery), to pre-payment terms. Bindomatic reserve right to accept or decline orders and revise terms for payment at any time. General Bindomatic will under certain conditions accept return of goods if an order has been placed in error. Conditions are that any such claim is done within one week of receiving goods, that goods are in good shape, that goods is returned on customers expense, that goods are standard items of max 15 mm spine width, that goods are not customer unique.
