Make a colourful chart along with related pictures on the following topics according to your Roll No: Roll No 1-10 Indian Writers and their Books Roll No Any Short Story along with Pictures Roll No Proverbs and Quotations Roll No 31 onwards Any Poem along with Pictures 1) BOOK READING: a) Read any one book mentioned below: i) The Wonderful Wizard of Oz L. Narayan iii) Heide Johanna Spyri iv) The Talking Shoes Enid Blyton Write a short summary of the story (75 words) and name the main characters. b) Create a Word Journal Find out at least 15 new words from the book you have read. Find out their meanings and make a sentence using that word. You can also draw a picture related to the word. Make a book cover for the same. Remember, a book cover has the name of the book, author, illustrator and an illustration. Use a thick A4 size sheet and be as creative as you can. 3) Do the following work in your MCB notebook: Imagine you visited a new city in the state of Rajasthan, make a diary entry of the first day in the city telling about your experience. Guidelines for the entry- Date of arrival The most exciting part of the day * What did you see * Differences as compared to your own city. 4) You are the class monitor. The class has informed you that the principal has granted permission to the class to go for a picnic to Badkal Lake. Write a notice for the students informing them about the picnic. Find the length of rope BC in cm and that of rope CD in mm. Q8. A herd of cows gives 4l of milk each day. But each cow gives one-third of total milk in six days. They give 24 l milk in six days.
