26 24 GENERAL INFORMATION FOR PRINTED MAP PRODUCTS 1. PRODUCTION TIME For imprinted items, please allow working days following receipt of the order and artwork. Allow up to 5 working days for non-imprinted items. Unresolved questions may extend overall production time. Please inquire for more details on quantities over 5,000 and custom orders. Please contact Promotional Products Customer Service if you need rush service or other special assistance. 2. RUSH SERVICE We offer rush service on imprinted orders under 5,000 pieces for an additional $60 (G). An additional $35 (G) charge for rush service may apply on non-imprinted orders, depending on timing, handling, and/or packaging. Contact Promotional Products Customer Service for approval and additional information. Production time for rush service is 7 8 business days. 3. IMPRINT ARTWORK Artwork should be supplied as a black-and-white file with no shadings, screens, or grayscale in one of the formats listed below. However, due to the nature of travel product and world atlas updating and revision cycles, some products are subject to year-end inventory shortages. 14. OVERRUNS OR UNDERRUNS Although every effort is made to ensure requested quantities are delivered, production variances may result in an overrun or underrun on some orders of custom-cover products. Rand McNally reserves the right to overship or undership by no more than 5% of the total quantity per product per order on customcover orders. 15. SAMPLES All samples are provided with a stock logo/company name. Paper-covered Road Atlases (except the Road Atlas & Travel Guide), Folded Maps, Wall Maps, and Children s Product samples are billed at end quantity less 50%; hardbound books, Thomas Guides, and the Road Atlas & Travel Guide are billed at end quantity less 25%.
