She has taught foreign language methodology courses and supervised foreign language and ESL teachers in training for the Department of Education at the University of California, Irvine. Currently, she is an instructor of Spanish and coordinates the Spanish language Program at Irvine Valley College. In addition, Professor Egasse serves as a consultant for local schools and universities on implementing Natural aapproach in the language classroom. Professor Egasse is co-author of Cocina y comidas hispanas and Mundos de fantasia: Fabulas, cuentos de hadas y leyendas (McGraw-Hill).Magdalena Andrade Received her first B.A. in Spanish/French and a second B.A. in English from San Diego University. After teaching in the Calexico Unified School District Bilingual Program for several years, she taught elementary and intermediate Spanish at both San Diego State and the University of California, Irvine, where she also taught Spanish for Heritage Speakers and Humanities Core Courses. Upon receiving her Ph.D. from the University of California, Irvine, she continued to teach there for several years and also at California State University, Long Beach. I ordered this book because my Professor required this specific edition and my school didn't carry it. Looking to save money, I ordered it "USED", in what was listed as "GOOD" condition. Didn't expect much. Maybe a few torn pages here and there.however, when it came in the mail (earlier than what was told to me, which made me happier), it was in PERFECT condition. I swear, it looked like it had not ever been used. I only paid $9 for a perfect condition textbook that would have normally $100+.DEFENITLY HAPPY WITH MY ORDER. Arrived on time and product is as described My College bookstore wanted $115 for this same book as a loose leaf version. This book is hardback, and cheap! Mine did have writing in it, and many of which were answers. As I took this class online, they came in handy to check my work. The only thing that bothers me about the textbook is that it had been written in a little more than I think is appropriate. Quite a few of the exercises in the first two chapters had been filled in with ink. I would have appreciated knowing how much the book was written in before it was sent to me.the

4 physical condition of the book is what would be expected from a used rental textbook. The binding is still tight and all the pages are there. The shipper sent it promptly and it arrived in good condition. This product (book) was rated in good condition. However it is in horrible condition an should have been rated much lower. Almost every page has writing on it and poor highlightings. A lot of the questions were answered which does not help when trying to learn for yourself. Very dissatisfied! In good condition The book has water damage enough to be kinda embarrassed about when in class. Good textbook.
