9 THIRD & FOURTH CLASS Children must wear gym shoes for P.E classes on TUESDAY & FRIDAYS. N.B An Art shirt is required to protect clothing during Art & Craft classes an old long sleeved shirt will do. (Your child should have one from last year which will suffice.) All children MUST come to school with the following items each day: 2 Pencils Rubber 30cm ruler (clear) Sharpener Packet of colouring pencils and markers N.B - Parker / good quality fountain pen & supply of blue ink cartridges. N.B - Ball point pens (e.g Bic) 2 red and 2 blue NO BLACK Eraser Pen Pritt Stick Calculator N.B - Parents should ensure that their children always have these by checking regularly that this is the case.

10 JUNIOR & SENIOR INFANTS Children take part in P.E classes twice a week on Monday and Friday. Please ensure that your child wears, or has with him / her gym shoes or soft shoes. Children MUST have an Art overall / old shirt with long sleeves (clearly marked ) for Art and Craft classes. Children will be given copy books by the teacher in September. Please ensure that your child s school bag is large enough to hold an A4 sized book. All children must come to school each day with the following: Two grey lead pencils Rubber Sharpener Packet of colouring pencils Large Pritt Stick x 2 Every item must be clearly marked. PARENTS SHOULD ENSURE THAT EVERY BOOK HAS THEIR CHILD S NAME WRITTEN CLEARLY AT THE TOP OF THE FRONT COVER (ON THE OUTSIDE). PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU CHECK YOUR CHILD S SCHOOL BAG DAILY FOR NOTES AND TO MAKE SURE THAT ALLOF THE ABOVE ARE IN IT READY FOR THE NEXT DAY AT SCHOOL.

11 FIFTH AND SIXTH CLASS Children MUST have gym shoes for P.E classes on Wednesdays. All children MUST come to school with the following items each day: Geometry Set (complete set) Calculator Parker pen & blue ink cartridges 30cm ruler Rubber Sharpener Markers and colouring pencils Red and Blue biros Eraser Pen Pritt Stick N.B Parents should ensure that their children always have these, by checking regularly that this is the case.

12 FIRST AND SECOND CLASSES Children MUST wear suitable footwear to school on P.E days (usually Tuesday & Friday), and must have an old, long-sleeved shirt (clearly marked with child s name) for Art and Craft classes. (Please bring in the art shirt at the beginning of September). Children must bring the following items to school each day:- 3 good quality grey-lead pencils (sharpened) e.g HB ( Please ensure pencils are sharpened before coming to school each day) Rubber 30cm clear plastic ruler Sharpener Packet of colouring pencils (sharpened) and markers ALL labelled. *A good quality mesh folder for homework Parents should make sure that their children always have these items by checking daily that this is the case
