1 1 Navodila za pripravo in oddajo prispevkov DRUGA ZNANSTVENA KONFERENCA Z MEDNARODNO UDELEŽBO»SLOVENSKI DAN DIETETIKOV IN NUTRICIONISTOV«SECOND SCIENTIFIC CONFERENCE WITH INTERNATIONAL PARTICIPATION»SLOVENIAN DAY OF DIETITIANS AND NUTRITIONISTS«Izola, Slovenija 19. september 2014 / 19 September 2014 Prispevki sodelujočih na drugi znanstveni konferenci»slovenski dan dietetikov in nutricionistov«bodo recenzirani in objavljeni na zgoščenki. Avtorji prispevkov naj sledijo trem temam oz. sekcijam letošnje konference: i) prehrana otrok in mladostnikov, ii) kronične nenalezljive bolezni in iii) kakovostno staranje. Contributions to the second scientific conference Slovenian day of dietitians and nutritionists will be refereed and published as CD_ROM. Papers should follow the topics/sections of the conference: i) nutrition in childhood and adolescence, ii) noncommunicable diseases, and iii) quality aging. Splošna navodila Članki naj bodo dolgi največ 3000 besed (približno 6 tipkanih strani, vključno z literaturo), A4 format, velikost pisave 12 pt, pisava Times New Roman, vsi robovi 25 mm, enojni razmik, obojestranska poravnava, odstavki brez zamikov, vendar ločeni s prazno vrstico. Naslovi poglavij naj bodo zapisani v velikosti pisave 12 pt, Times New Roman. Prvi nivo poglavij naj bo oblikovan z malimi tiskanimi črkami in krepko, drugi nivo poglavij (podpoglavje) pa z malimi tiskanimi črkami in ležeče. Prispevki naj ne vključujejo več kot dva nivoja poglavij. Naslov, izvleček in ključne besede naj bodo v slovenskem in angleškem jeziku. Izvleček naj ne bo daljši od 150 besed. Navedenih naj bo od 3 do 6 ključnih besed. General guidelines The paper should not exceed 3000 words (approx. 6 printed pages, references included), A4 format, Times New Roman font size 12 pt, all margins 25 mm, single spacing, justified alignment, paragraphs without indentation, but separated by a blank line. Section headings should be written in Times New Roman font size 12 pt. First level headings should be in lowercase letters and bold, the second level headings (subsection) in lowercase letter and italics. Papers should not consist of more than two levels of headings. The abstract should not exceed 150 words. There should be from 3 to 6 keywords.

2 2 Struktura prispevkov Prispevek mora vsebovati naslednja poglavja: naslov (v slovenskem in angleškem jeziku), podatki o avtorjih: ime in priimek avtorja/ev, organizacija zaposlitve, naslov in elektronski naslov vsakega avtorja in soavtorjev, povzetek in ključne besede (v slovenskem in angleškem jeziku), uvod, metode (empirični prispevek), rezultati (empirični prispevek), strukturirana vsebina (teoretični prispevek) ali diskusija (empirični prispevek), zaključki, literatura. Guidelines for Full Paper It should consist of the following items: Title (in English), Information about the authors: name and surname of the author/s, institution, address and address for each author and co-authors, Abstract and keywords (in English), Introduction, Methods (empirical contribution), Results (empirical contribution), Structured content (theoretical contribution) or Discussion (an empirical contribution), Conclusions, References. Tabele naj bodo označene z zaporednimi arabskimi številkami. Imeti morajo vsaj dva stolpca ter opisni naslov nad razpredelnico, naslovno vrstico, morebitni zbirni stolpec, opombe in legendo uporabljenih znakov. Za oblikovanje tabel se uporablja MS Word, tabele pa se vnašajo neposredno v tekst, poravnava sredinsko. Tables should be inserted into the text (central alignment) and numbered with consecutive Arabic numerals. They should consist of at least two columns and have a descriptive title above the table, a heading, a summary column, footnotes and legends of the characters. Use MS Word to create tables. Slike naj bodo oštevilčene z arabskimi zaporednimi številkami. Naslov oz. besedilo slike se navede pod sliko, med sliko in naslovom naj bo izpuščena ena vrstica.

3 3 Slike je treba oddati posebej, in sicer v formatu tif ali eps, v resoluciji najmanj 300 dpi in velikost 1000 točk in več. Graphs, drawings and photographs should be marked as Figures, numbered with consecutive Arabic numerals. The title and/or text of the figure should be indicated below the figure. There should be a blank line between the figure and the title. Figures should be submitted separately, in tif or eps format, resolution of 300 dpi, size of 1000 points or more. References should be cited and listed using the Harvard Referencing Style. 1. Primeri citiranja med besedilom / References in the text: En avtor: Novak (1990) navaja, da je uporaba odvisna oziroma; Uporaba je odvisna od. (Novak, 1990). One author: References in the text should be quoted by author's name(s) and year of publication (Novak, 1990). Dva avtorja: Med oba priimka vstavimo veznik»in«. Novak in Koren (1990) navajata, da je uporaba odvisna oziroma.uporaba je odvisna od. (Novak in Koren, 1990). Two authors: For papers with two authors both names should be given (Novak and Koren, 1990). Tri ali več avtorjev: Navedemo le prvega avtorja in dodamo»idr.«ali»in sod.«(novak idr., 2010 ali Novak in sod., 2010). Three and more authors: For papers with more than two authors, first author plus et al. should be quoted in the text. (Steele et al., 2010). 2. Priprava seznama literature / Reference List:
