2 Dear Elementary Parent, This school term has been very successful, and we are so grateful for the accomplishments of each of our students. We thank you for allowing us a year with your child. It is a proven fact that readers are leaders! We want our students to enjoy their break from school but not from reading! We require returning students to read and report on two specific books each summer. A list of recommended additional reading is also attached. It is our prayer that your summer is relaxing, refreshing, and replenishing. Sincerely in Christ, John Policastro, Administrator Students are required to read the two books for their grade. Please keep track of summer reading progress and complete the assignments. Teachers will collect the journals for credit in August. Have a great summer!
