15 UK Books of the Month (BOTM) This roundup focuses on the best titles published each month in the UK, as selected by the NetGalley team. Publishers can nominate up to two titles per imprint, per month. Inclusion is FREE, but not guaranteed, and the newsletter is sent to all UK members. Nominations close at 12 pm (UK time) the day before the promotion runs. A call for nominations is sent a week before the promotion, but you can nominate months in advance if you wish. Titles must be available for request from all member types before nomination. The Books of the Month are also published on our blog. If your title is selected as the Book of the Month, 150 is payable (unless you opt out of that top placement, in which case your title will be given normal placement and another title will be selected). 15

Great way to run a special promotion (limited-time access, Wish campaign, Read Now sampler, etc) or jumpstart requests, reviews, pre-orders, and word-of-mouth. Target who you most want to reach (by genre interest, member type, comp title activity, country, and more). Promote one or several books; design in-house or we ll use our template. 18 Eblast Design Specs Materials due 5 business days prior to eblast send date. If you want us to design within our templates: Provide copy and any images in addition to cover, and external (non-netgalley) links that should be included. If you have design assets being used for other ads/promos or author s website, we love to repurpose those to make the eblast match the overall branding. Banner/header images should be 600 px wide to fit our template. If you ll handle design in-house: Provide us with a single designed image, which we ll hyperlink using an image map in the HTML. Image should be a jpg or png file that is no larger than 200 kb. Preferred width is 580 px to match our footer width, and absolute max is 600 px wide. 18
