1 HOLIDAY HOMEWORK CLASS- III DEAR STUDENTS, Summer Vacation is synonymous with fun, frolic, getting up late in the morning, playing for longer hours with friends, going for picnics, exploring new places and watching fun filled shows on television. But dear children, there is a lot more you can do to make your vacations more interesting, meaningful and full of fun. It will surely prepare you for a better and more fruitful year ahead GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS: *All the work should be hand-written and done neatly. *Original drawings / illustrations and creative use of material will be appreciated.

Read stories and magazines and write about 25 new words. At the end of the month, arrange these words alphabetically along with their meanings, pictures and sentences. Design an attractive cover for your dictionary. 2. Collect information about your favorite sports person, paste a picture and write 10 lines about him in A4 sheet. 3. Prepare a chart by pasting their picture on it. 3) Make a scrapbook on your grandfather / grandmother or any other elderlyϖ person you know. Find out details about him / her when he / she were young. Include the following. *Games they used to play *Food habits *Books they liked *their schools and friends *Hobbies *Important events in their life 4) Make a greeting card from Handmade Paper. Write a message on Save Earth.

COMPUTER 1) Make a model / Chart of computer. 2) Draw a keyboard on Cardboard/Sheet & Name the keys in it. 3) Write the definition of Computer, draw a picture of Computer in a Color sheet & name the parts in it. 4) Write the keywords of lesson 1 in Notebook & learn it. 7 Find out about some interesting hobby classes around your house or school and develop a hobby for you this summer, such as theatre, music, dance, painting, etc. To build your physical stamina, join activities such as swimming, skating, aerobics or any sport you like.
