2 In our last issue, we mentioned the difference between various palm shapes and length of fingers and how to apply these knowledge in a practical way. In this issue, we will talk about the differences in the types of lines in the hands. After the past few issues of the mini-ebook, I received many s from readers asking me which hand they should read when it comes to palmistry. Some would argue to read the left for man and the right for woman. Some masters also said that the left is what you are born with and the right is what you make. However, based on my many years of research, I have devised a method that has not been recorded in any books that I have come across. Basically, before I start a reading, I would ask the subject to hold their two hands together like the way some Christians do while saying a prayer (do not worry, we will not need to go into any religious ceremony before we start a palm reading session). By finding out which thumb lands no the top of that gesture, we will be able to determine the Natural Dominant Hand of a person. I will not go into details on the logic behind this method but just take it for now that we will read the hand that has the thumb on top while holding that gesture. The other hand with the thumb below, will be taken as a reference when looking for relationship of the past personality with the current. So far, this method has proven to be the most accurate as compared to any other known methods that I have come across. Figure 1 Introduction to Cheiromancy Whenever we look at other people s palm, many people often tell each other that their lines are very confusing and messy. However, after reading this issue s mini-ebook, you will realize that actually many of these lines are actually important lines in our hands. In general, when a person s palm has too many stray lines (it means that lines that do not have major meanings attributed to them), this person s mind would 2

3 also think in similar manner. In other words, this person is often very stressed up or confused. Take a look at the few palms below and see the difference in their lines. Figure 2 Figure 3 2. This is a palm with very simple lines and thus this person has a very clear head and there is not much worries in his mind. Clear lines also denote a very focused form of attitude towards things. 3. This palm has very complex lines in the palm even though the major lines are still clearly seen. It denotes a person with a lot of activities in the mind at all times and thus this person will also undergo a lot of stress all the time. The major lines are also not clear and clean, thus there is a lack of focus in the thoughts and attitude. 3

4 Figure 4 Figure 5 4. This palm has many stray lines in the palm; however, all the lines are rather strong and clear. Thus this person would worry about slightly more important things about life in comparison to the palm in Figure 2. Character wise, this person would have a more focused personality compared to the palm in Figure 2. However, comparing to the palm in Figure 4, this person is still less focused in his thoughts. 5. This palm has many clear lines. Even though there are some stray lines in the hand, these stray lines are negligible. This is what you would commonly see in an average clear headed person. This person is focused in personality and also seldom thinks too much unnecessarily. In learning palmistry, we will always start with the general overview of a palm before we go into the details of what individual lines mean. This is because we need to establish certain general pattern of the personality and from these general pattern, we can go into the details and fine tune our analysis of the other lines and features. It is like looking for a place in a map, it will be very difficult to simply look at the map and pin point the exact building you are looking for. We would have to take a more systematic approach by looking for the country map, then the state map, then the district map and finally narrow to the area and the actual building. Thus when we read the palm, we will go from the macro to the micro systematically. You may ask how we can apply these general readings? In your daily life, we can use these information to gauge if a person is clear headed or very stressed with too many ideas running through their mind at all times. When dealing with a clear headed person (Figure 1 & 4), we know that we will be able to get more focused attention from them and usually a better quality of work from them. Thus we can leave things more for them to decide on their own. They will also be able to handle stressful situations better as they can resolve problems one at a time instead of confusing everything together. Whereas when dealing with a person who is less focused and has many stray lines running across the palm (Figure 2 & 3), we will have to be more conscious to only share one thing at a time with them and not to confuse them with too many tasks to complete. If we want to have efficiency from these people, 4

5 then it will be better for us to come up with a set of instructions (step by step) for them to follow. This will help them to reduce any possibility for confusion and stress. They will always worry about things and feel stressed all the time. Thus by giving more guidance and support towards them would help them to get things done faster and also produce better quality of work.
