4 STATE BANK OF INDIA REGIONAL BUSINESS OFFICE KUSUMKHERA, HALDWANI PREMISES REQUIRED IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION SME RUDRAPUR BRANCH, RUDRAPUR, DISTT UDHAM SINGH NAGAR State Bank of India invites offers of premises on rent for Branch premises from owners or power of attorney holders in the following location :- Rudrapur on ground floor at Kashipur bye pass road, or Nainital Road The minimum eligibility criteria shall be as follows. I) The building should be independent unit for commercial use at ground floor area. ii) The size of the premises to be about 432 sq m (4650 sq ft ) of built up / plinth area (approx.) and width of proposed premises preferably be approx. 12 meter (40 ft.) iii) The building should be structurally sound with a structure stability certificate in this regard issued by structural Engineer firm (according to IS code 3861 : 2002). iv) the owner should have the requisite completion certificate and commercial use certificate from the applicable authorities before handing over of possession of the proposed premises v) The premises should have parking space of about 93 sq.m (free of charge). vi) The proof of ownership and approved map is to be enclosed with the Technical Bid. Vii) Premises should have space arrangements for generators, transformers, V-Sat and ATM (free of charges). Viii) The premises should be ready or likely to be ready as per Bank's requirement within a period of 1 month. ix) The cost of Civil Work including construction of cash room, Locker room (RCC ), ATM room, Stationary room, record room, UPS room, pantry, toilet, Vitrified tiles and rolling shutter etc. will be borne by the owner as per lay out provided by the Bank. The owners / authorized person should submit their offers in the office of Regional Manager, Region V, 2 nd Floor, SBI Administrative office building, Kusumkhera, Haldwani, Distt. Nainital, Pin during office hours i.e. on or before up to PM as per enclosed formats in two separate sealed envelops superscribing Technical Bid & Price Bid respectively at the above office address. Offers of only those bidders shall be further evaluated who meet the minimum qualifying eligibility criteria. Priority would be given to premises belonging to Public Sector Units, Govt. Departments. Proposals through brokers will not be entertained. The Bank reserves the right to reject any or all the offers without assigning any reasons thereof.

5 GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS TO THE BIDDERS ON PREPARATION, SEALING AND SUBMISSION OF BIDS Sealing the envelop - 1 st envelop shall contain Technical Bid. Self attested documentary evidences in support of minimum qualifying criteria and marked as Technical Bid. 2 nd envelop shall contain only Price Bid marked as Price Bid. Both 1 st & 2 nd envelop are sealed in 3 rd big envelop marked as Sealed Bid for Hiring of Premises for SME Rudrapur ( Udham Singh Nagar ) Technical & Price Bids containing numbers also. 3 rd envelop shall be opened and then 1 st envelop containing Technical Bid etc shall be opened. All the three envelopes to have details of bidders on it. It is mentioned that Price Bid (2 nd envelope) of only those bidders who fulfill minimum qualifying criteria, shall be opened.
