2 Terms and conditions of Auction 1. For participating in the auction, the intending bidders shall have to deposit 10% of reserve price of the property by Bankers Cheque/Demand Draft favoring the Authorised Officer, Allahabad Bank which is refundable, if the bid is not successful. 2. The successful bidder shall deposit 25% of the bid amount immediately on the sale being knocked down in his favour and the balance within 15 days. Payment to be made only in the form of Cash or Bankers Cheque/DD drawn in favour of the Authorised Officer, Allahabad Bank. For taking part in E-Auction Application/Process Compliance Form and other KYC documents along with Draft / Banker s Cheque/RTGS/NEFT remittance pertaining to EMD are required to be deposited in a closed cover with Authorized Officer within above mentioned schedule.
