My name is Corey, and I hope to get to know you throughout the course of the year. I feel that we can become good friends because we are probably similar in many ways. For example, we are about the same age, we are college students, we have many dreams and hopes, and we look forward to the many choices we will have in life. Although I m American and was born in a small town in the state of Ohio, I grew up in Japan. I attended a Japanese elementary school, so I had to learn kanji just as you did.
