3 Company info HandTrux is a division of EVERGREENRIVER Entertaiment. Dedicated to offering refreshing, unique, creative and imaginative branded toys, entertainment products and media content. EVERGREENRIVER stands for quality and originality. We love making children and their parents smile. Every product that we bring to the market will be a toy with a refreshing look, while still staying recognizable to children and parents all over the world. We like to make our products in such a way that they have an educational value and allows children play actively and imaginatively explore their ever growing world. We expect that our partners will have the same values. HandTrux a brand digging it s way to the top HandTrux has made a name for itself the past few years. As from the start of 2014, it has really taken off. Since the toy fairs in New York, and our introduction to the international stage in Nuremberg Germany (Spielwarenmesse), we have enjoyed a warm reception and we have been finding our business partners. We are setting up distribution throughout the world. Our forthcoming animation series Stories from The Dozer Boys is in development. Merchandise and additional quality Dozer Boys products will follow. Licensing agreements with ancillary product manufacturers are being negotiated at the moment. Partnerships with manufacturers of heavy earthmoving machinery and digging themed amusement parks are ongoing, as is Mall facilities for the HSS HandTrux SuperDIG Sandlots. So a lot is happening with our brand at the moment in a positive sense. In this document, we hope to inform you about our brand and our products. Future of HandTrux HandTrux is digging its way to the top and 2016 will be all about the new toys; the new size Dozer Boys themed Backhoe, Bulldozer and Dumptruck. They will be introduced at the toy fairs in New York and Nuremberg Germany in January/February For the following years, we have more plans to expand and grow as a company. We are building a rock-solid company that will move mountains and be around for a long time. Thanks to our investors we are able to keep developing our brand and products.
