2 Humorberatung & Humormanagement Training director & concept: Michael Trybek Target group Managers, trainers, therapists, coaches, teachers, and all those who want to integrate humor as an essential competence and resource into their professional and private lives. The willingness to play new fields is a prerequisite for taking part in this supplementary training. Personally designing and implementing a concrete humor project is encouraged and supported by the Training Director. Participants in this humor coaching & humor management training use their personal style of humor in their professional setting... are able to offer a change of perspective by targeted actions... know the basics of communication and body language... develop constructive interventions with social competence... can run their own humor projects and do humor coaching... are authentic and self-assured... have the courage to approach also unpleasant situations humorously... are characters. The Supplementary Training in detail: Module 1 - HUMOR AS COMPETENCE AND RESOURCE The world is the way you see it Experiencing your own humor competence and understanding how it works provide the starting point for the training workshops. Participants practice the emotional and cognitive change of perspective by means of humor and thus actively experience this competence. Humor as a way to (further) develop your personality. - Recognize and expand your style of humor - Impact levels of humor - Communication (verbal, non-verbal) - Mental and emotional change of perspective - Therapeutic humor levels - Recognize and humorously influence processes of change - Humor interventions Module 2 - IMPROVISATION Break your mold Both improvisation and real life often take surprising twists. In this module we say good-bye to planning ahead and plunge into a creative world where (almost) anything is allowed. We try out reacting spontaneously and authentically, will fail with relish and create new realities together. Improvisation techniques are also well suited to improve communication skills and overcome fears. Seite 2

3 - Getting to know improv philosophy - Exercises from improvisation theater - Failing with relish - Interaction - cooperation - teamwork - Self-confidence through humor Module 3 - MENSCH CLOWN Expand your playing field & make room for action Find the roots of your playfulness and look at the world through the eyes of a clown without any prejudice. An inspiring journey into the creative and cheerful world of clowning! - Basic clowning exercises - Looking at emotions playfully experiencing change of emotions - Conflicts as seen by a clown - Humorously changing hierarchical power relationships - The comedy of failing as art and as a basis for succeeding - Humor without a straightjacket - The clown philosophy Module 4 - PSYCHOLOGY & HUMOR COACHING TOOLS Humor counseling and coaching tools & psychological basis of humor We will study and work with tried and tested instruments as well as with basic attitudes in counseling and coaching. You will try out and discuss various methods and techniques. And you will find and reflect on your own coaching style to learn in which way your very own humor can make a contribution. - Humor in psychology - Encountering and empowering people: humanistic, depth-psychology, and behavioristic approaches - Getting to know humor coaching tools by trying them out as provocative elements - Identifying your very own coaching attitude in order to use humor the right way Modul 5 - FINAL WEEKEND Going Beyond At the end of the training, experiences and results are bundled and reflected upon. The contributions of the participants will be presented and discussed. Going Beyond out into everyday life, well equipped with humor competence, will be consolidated and rounded off to better support the participants. New exercises and methods will accompany them on the road beyond. - Applications for concrete humor (in everyday life) - Reflection on the training - Project presentations (your own, joint projects) - Setting up networks - Tying up loose ends - Outlook: where are we headed? - More methods and exercises - Humor in the public space Seite 3
