2 3 rd Quarter RT Study Guide Reading for Grade For the grade two criterion-referenced test (RT) in reading, teachers will read aloud the instructions to the class. In addition to allowing teachers to control the pacing of the test, this also ensures that student performance on the items is not dependent on their ability to read the instructions for each set of questions.
