Prisoner perspective you re more likely to read them in jail they help to support you if you are trying to get healthy so I read them then if it makes you laugh, then after seeing the funny side you will get the message once you ve read one I reckon you would read others

Cartoons or graphic images draw you in Most people would go for a cartoon Shocking reality Get them laughing at the pictures Pictures of men and women having sex Looks like fun but what could happen? Positive message Sex is good but STI s are a risk it should be straight to the point. No fancy words

16 Prisoner feedback the character is good, you could use him for other things You should put to be continued at the end so you can see what he gets up to next once you ve read this one I reckon you would read other leaflets You might be laughing but it also makes you think You are drawn to the pictures first but then you can go back and read what its about

19 Prisoner feedback - smoking well presented and love the little drawings after reading I want to go further with stopping smoking this has given me a little push it s quite a short read which is a good thing because I didn t get bored reading it I enjoyed reading the leaflet and will take it back to my wing and let some of the other lads read it after reading this guide I know a lot more things about smoking and most of them are more harmful than good

21 Prisoner feedback keeping your head together well set out and covers all the basics good read and very helpful people who read it will have learnt something especially first timers a good introduction on what to expect when you are in prison for the first time good because it uses a light hearted approach instead of a serious one it alleviates the fear of the unknown that a lot of people experience coming into jail an informative read which I would definitely recommend to newcomers and seasoned cons alike it may plant a seed in the minds of those who need help and advice but are putting off asking
