Your day will be enhanced by our seamless event management and superb range of facilities. Proudly serving the best locally sourced ingredients and produce, The Hepworth Wakefield provides delicious menus to suit a variety of events and budgets. Our experienced chefs will help you select the perfect menu, from working lunches to cocktail receptions. Our imaginative approach is reflected in our bespoke tours, workshops and away days for leaders seeking to inspire and motivate high-performing teams. We offer creative events led by artists, such as sculptors and writers, as well as insightful talks and tours to suit your needs. The Hepworth Wakefield is suitable for events from small groups up to a limit of 300. Choose from the modern purpose-built auditorium: the learning studios, comprising four informal, flexible spaces; the private meeting room; the café bar; and the foyer. Our spectacular gallery spaces can also be made available for very special out-of-hours events.

5 SPECTACULAR SETTINGS AS STANDARD LEARNING STUDIOS A large and versatile resource, the Learning Studios comprise four flexible and informal spaces ideally suited for away days, refreshment breaks or conference break-out areas. As the studios are always in demand please book early to avoid disappointment. CAFÉ & FOYER The café bar and terraced area offer a contemporary backdrop, perfect for an evening dining event. The expansive foyer is an ideal space for a drinks reception. The café bar, terrace and foyer are available for events on most Mondays and evenings. GALLERIES The magnificent gallery spaces can be made available on an exclusive basis and promise to dazzle your guests, surrounded by the work of some of the most exciting artists of the 20th Century. Exclusive out-of-hours access can also be arranged to coincide with an event held elsewhere in the building. PRIVATE MEETING ROOM Up to eight people can be hosted in our contemporary private meeting room, complete with unique views of the River Calder. THE AUDITORIUM Featuring dramatic riverside views, the modern, purpose-built auditorium is fully fitted with Wi-Fi and audio-visual facilities. An ideal venue for a variety of occasions, it offers flexibility and comfort for up to 125 guests. Available to hire seven days a week including evenings. MONDAY CONFERENCE PACKAGE The Hepworth Wakefield is closed to the public on Mondays (except Bank Holiday and school holiday Mondays) and can be hired for your exclusive use, offering maximum flexibility for your event.
