2 Technical Rider To be provided by Client: Sound: Full range PA system including 2 monitors. 1 cordless mic on a stand. 2 DI boxes (for electronic drum machine and HOLOscreen) Audience speakers. PA to have good full range of sub, mid and high. Mixing Desk to fit all these inputs. Stage: A minimum of 2.4m x 2.4m raise on top of the regular stage. NB. A rolling raiser is required for certain events Lighting: Basic warm color washes over entire performance area. For maximum impact, you could consider using an effects desk with moving heads, strobes, a smoke machine etc. No direct light is to be plotted onto the HOLOscreen. All sound and lighting technicians to control the above. Hospitality Rider To be provided by Client: 1 private room close to the performance venue, with seating for 3 and 1 table. Beverages to be supplied: 4 x Red Bull, 12 x Still Water, 1 ice bucket and glasses. Snacks and meals to be supplied. Travel outside of Las Vegas For all events that require flights or are more than 2 hours away from Las Vegas: Client is responsible for all travel and accommodation costs for one artist and one crew member. Client to provide airport pick up, or arrange a rental vehicle for performer at destination. 4 6 x 50 pound bags need to be flown with Artist as extra baggage. Client will need to provide hotel accommodation, a standard room for each performer and crew, minimum 4 stars. Meals to be provided for duration of stay.

Artist/ Performance Terms and Conditions: 1. Artists will arrive 60 minutes prior to the agreed set time, unless previously arranged. 2. Artist will not go on stage unless the client has met all technical requirements in full. 3. Artist will not perform if the client has not met hospitality or travel requirements in full. 4. No performance will occur while food is being served, consumed, or cleared. 5. No objects are to be placed or set up in front of Drum Machine during his performance. 6. Artists will take photographs with guests for up to thirty minutes after performance, if requested by client. Crew and Set Up Terms and Conditions: 1. Crew will arrive for set up 1 hour before the start of sound check. 2. Sound check must be no more than 2 hours before guests arrive, unless previously arranged. 3. Equipment collection and strike down will be previously arranged with client as soon as the performance is over, during a recess or once the event has concluded. Payment Terms and Conditions:

5 1. Full payment is required prior to the event. 2. Payment can be in the form of a secured cheque, or an Electronic Wire Transfer. *Please requestmailing address prior to sending cheque. 3. A 50% deposit is required to secure the performance date. 4. Balance is due a minimum of 72 hours before the crew is scheduled to arrive at the event. 5. The quoted rate is a fixed fee, and will not be reduced or refunded if the number of attendees decreases. 6. In the event of cancellation, a standard 50% cancellation fee is charged. If a cancellation is made within 7 days of the event, a 100% cancellation fee is charged.
