The exterior of the unit looked very nice and modern with a couple of negatives. 1: I counted nine separate light units in the parking lot un-illuminated. 6 Manager was not friendly. He was observing and walking around, but not greeting guests or being proactive about cleaning issues. He was checking theaters behind usher crew but when we went into the theater, there was still significant mess. His hair and beard distracted from his professional appearance. Perhaps if they were better contained and groomed, it would be more professional (I have nothing against the length). His pants were wrinkled and dragged on the floor as he walked, he looked sloppy. 7 The cashiers were all clumped up together talking when I arrived. There were cleaning items that could have been attended to in their down-time, including smudged counter glass over the candy and popcorn on the floor. We were not greeted before we approached the counter but once we did, Jeremy broke off from the group and greeted us.
