4 Central Washington Sportsmen Show 2018 Exhibitor Registration For specific names on badges, please return by February 2 Company Name UBI Number - Required for all exhibitors generating sales in WA State. Move In Day Thursday Friday Who needs a badge for your booth? Names for purchased badges OR Additional badges as requested: In case of an Emergency, please give name and number of person to call. 5 Registration Information Badge & Guest Pass Information ü Badges & guest passes are issued during registration on February 15 They are not mailed prior to the show. ü Clubs & non-profit organizations are given 8 badges with the name of the club or organization on the badge. These can be circulated among members who are working at their booth. No guest passes are given to clubs and non-profit organizations. ü Will Call is available at the Exhibitor Entrance for badge exchange & distribution during the show. ü Badges are in the form of punch cards. Exhibitor Entrance attendants will punch your badge each day and stamp your hand if you need to come and go throughout the day. Check In ü Check in for the show at the SunDome before you set up your booth. Check in begins on set-up day, February 15 at the Central Washington Sportsmen Show Information Booth located by the northeast overhead door. ü The SunDome has a limited drive-in policy and is available only on Thursday. If you need forklift assistance (no charge to you), please let us know. If you need to drive to your booth, please call for scheduling information. Exhibitor Fees ü All exhibitor fees must be paid in full prior to setting up exhibit. ü Payment on set-up day must be made with cash, money order, credit card, or cashier s check. Exhibitor Entrance ü The Exhibitor Entrance is located at the NE corner of the SunDome. All exhibitors MUST use this entrance beginning at 10 a.m. on Friday and throughout the rest of the show. Attendants will ask to see your badge. Parking ü The exhibitor parking area is to the NE of the SunDome, closest to the Exhibitor Entrance. ü Each exhibitor receives 2 parking passes. ü General parking for the public for the weekend is reduced from $8.00 to $3.00 per car per day, compliments of Shuyler Productions. But as an exhibitor you may purchase additional parking passes for just $4.00 that are good for the entire weekend. ü No parking passes are required for Thursday during move-in. Friday, February 16-1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Saturday, February 17-10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Sunday, February 18-10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Exhibitors may be in the building after 8:00 each morning & 1 hour after show closing each show day. Move-In Hours Bulk Areas - Thursday, February 15-10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Booths - Thursday, February 15-1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Forklift & Drive-In by special request only. - Friday, February 16-8:00 a.m. to noon No forklift available. No Drive-In. Move-Out Hours - Sunday, February 18-5:00 p.m. to midnight PLEASE DO NOT DISMANTLE YOUR EXHIBIT BEFORE CLOSING TIME SUNDAY! SunDome Rules and Policies No food or beverage can be served or sold to the public without prior consent. SunDome management asks that no nails, screws, staples, glue, etc. be used on walls, floors or posts. No vehicles are allowed on the SunDome floor without permission. No studded tires. Food and Refreshments SunDome management requests no outside food or beverage consumed on the main floor. An Exhibitor Lounge is provided for your convenience by the exhibitor entrance. Check Cashing Policy Shuyler Productions cannot cash personal checks at the show. Payment for any balance on exhibit space must be made on set-up day with cash, money order, or credit card. Selling in Washington State As required by Washington State law, any exhibitor selling or generating sales in Washington State must submit their UBI number to the show production company (Shuyler Productions). For your convenience, we have provided a space on our Exhibitor Registration form. Please call, , FAX or mail prior to February 2. If you need a temporary number at no charge to you, call or visit dor.wa.gov. Overnight Accommodations Best Western Ahtanum Inn is offering show exhibitors a discounted rate. See enclosed sheet for information. Make your reservations early and mention the Sportsmen Show to receive your discount. 7 2018 Central Washington Sportsmen Show Booth and Bulk Space Information Electrical Power and Company Identification Signs Ø Each space is automatically furnished with 500 Watts electrical power at no additional cost. Ø Additional power will be $25.00 per outlet. Requests for additional power must be submitted to Shuyler Productions prior to February 2. Ø A Company Identification Sign will be furnished at no additional cost but must be requested by February 2. Sign measures 7 x 36 and just states your business name. Decorated Exhibit Booths Ø Each decorated exhibit booth consists of cloth drapery, 3 high side panels and 8 high back walls. Ø Tables and chairs are not provided. You may bring your own or for rental information, contact Bear Event Services at You can also order online at beartradeshow.com Ø Displays or signs must be contained within the exhibit space without projections. See enclosed Booth Set-Up Guidelines sheet for more information. Bulk Space Ø Bulk Space areas include floor space only. No space dividers or drapes are provided. Ø Fuel tanks that are part of a booth must have fuel tank cap taped closed & batteries disconnected. Ø All trailer hitches must be covered for caution. Security Neither Shuyler Productions, nor the SunDome management, nor Yakima County will be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged merchandise or equipment. However, 24-hour security will be provided each day of the show. Facility janitors will not enter exhibit booths for security reasons.
