2 WHAT S ON MAIN STAGE 2016 ACTS The hotly anticipated festival combines music with three international artists, and multiple stages with entertainment, artisan markets, food and drink and even a brunch deck. Alternative rock band the Kaiser Chiefs headline this year s instalment of the festival, playing on the What s On main stage, supported by Scottish favourites Travis and Britpop band The Charlatans.

5 WHO PARTIES IN THE PARK The festival has a wide appeal with something on offer for everyone, the good Garden is traditionally aimed at families whilst the Hype Clubhouse caters for the younger clientele with a highlight being the B-Boy battle competition, foodies can find an array of offerings from the multiple food trucks and branded bars the festival vibe can be enjoyed by all!

6 WHAT S ON MAIN STAGE 2015 ACTS What s On is the UAE s best loved and biggest-selling magazine, it has been the authoritative voice of the UAE s entertainment scene for more than 37 years. What s On is the go-to title for life in the Emirates. The What s On main stage features award-winning international artists saw legendary rock band Stereophonics headline as well as Razorlight, Parlotones, and multiple local acts ACTS The 2014 festival saw global pop princess Lily Allen headline the festival. Chart-topping names including Richard Ashcroft, Freshlyground and The Ting Tings also performed.

7 FOOD AND BEVERAGE VENDORS FEED THE MASSES AT THE MUSIC EVENT OF THE YEAR AED15,000 Includes space at the event of 3mx3m. Electricity please confirm your power requirements. 4x Staff Entry passes. Logo on festival map circulated and published in What s On, Good, and Hype magazines. Please provide your logo in EPS/Vector format.

8 FOOD AND BEVERAGE VENDORS GENERAL INFORMATION VENDORS MUST SUBMIT THE BELOW WITH PAYMENT: Valid Trade License. Dubai Municipality License is required on the license it must state Permitting cooking and preparing food in a temporary venue. Civil Defence Approval (confirming the use of eg. Gas, LPG, etc..) Food Vendors should provide their own Fire Fighting equipment. A description of what you will be selling and the prices this can be in the form of a Word/Excel document. Any items deemed inappropriate to sell may be removed by the Organisers (DGT/Motivate) on the day of the event. Contact details of your onsite manager/supervisor (Name, and mobile number)

9 FOOD AND BEVERAGE VENDORS GENERAL INFORMATION PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE BELOW: Alcohol can only be served from our designated bars. Food vendors are not permitted to serve alcohol. Please note Local Water price is capped at AED 5 by TECOM. Your location plot will be allocated to you by the onsite Operations Manager. If you have images of your products from other events please share these with us. Please note NO glass bottles and no sealable containers (water bottles) should be handed to the public please decant into cups. Do you require deliveries after 9am on Friday morning? Please let us know if so, as we will need to allocate a time to you. No vehicles are permitted onsite after 10am. The festival will run from 2pm midnight. All vehicles require special permission to move onsite and we will advise on times available. All vendors must enter the site through the Site Office entrance (opposite Media One in the car park, it will be signposted) and collect their passes from the Organisers office. Due to the strict Health and Safety regulations onsite it is compulsory that the below is adhered to whilst the set up is taking place and before the doors open to the public. Hi-visibility vest must be worn (If you do not already have one, these will be for sale in the Organisers office. Please bring cash). Closed-toe shoes must be worn. All items must be completely removed from the site immediately post event. The number of staff passes specified in your contract will be strictly adhered to. There must be a staff member manning the truck/station at all times. Any damage occured onsite and billed by TECOM will be charged back to the vendor.
