4 VALENCIA VALENCIA PRESS ROOM / FLOOR PLAN ARCHWAYS Located on the ground floor of the Museum and with enormous possibilities, this is a completely open plan exhibition space offering a total of 4,000m2. Perhaps the most versatile space in the City of Arts and Sciences, given the dimensions and the range of possibilities it offers, it can be used for large conferences, product launches, cocktail parties, dinners, galas... It comprises 12 arches, each with a surface area of 324m2. The arches can be rented individually, depending on the requirements of the event in question. 5 VALENCIA VALENCIA ARCHWAYS / FLOOR PLAN A T R I U M G A T E W A Y Adjacent to the Archways, these spaces are usually hired as a whole. The Gateway imitates an eyelid, which can be opened by mechanical hydraulics. 6 VALENCIA VALENCIA C A L L E MA YOR CALLE MAYOR / FLOOR PLAN One of the most exclusive and largest spaces in Europe, it is located on the first floor of the Museum and has a surface area of 4,000m2. Its glass cascade, with a height of 30 metres and presided over by the five gigantic columns supporting the building, allows for unbeatable views of much of the complex. Two of the main iconic elements of the Museum are held here: Foucault s Pendulum and the artistic representation of the DNA molecule. This space has a large outdoor terrace, the north balcony, which perfectly complements events held in the Calle Mayor, whether it be a cocktail before dinner, or a fireworks display after dinner. Both its location and its structure make it ideal for elegant dinners, cocktail parties, presentations and launches... It is usually hired as a complementary space to the Archways, for pre-dinner cocktails or for celebrations held afterwards.
