1 NUTCRACKER 2017 TECH SCHEDULE NOVEMBER IWCC ARTS CENTER * NOVEMBER 28 DECEMBER THE ORPHEUM THEATER SCHEDULE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE and will be adjusted as needed. ABSOLUTELY NO ABSENCES allowed during Tech Week. CHECK THE WEBSITE regularly for the most current schedule and other important information: Refer to the NUTCRACKER INFO PACKET with questions. AT THE THEATER ALL REHEARSALS MUST START ON TIME. Please be dressed, in hair/makeup, and ready to begin at the scheduled time. During Tech Week, PLEASE BE AWARE THAT REHEARSALS SOMETIMES RUN LONG OR ARE DISMISSED EARLY. Thank you for your patience and we will do our best to keep the cast and parents informed of any changes. CHAPERONES please arrive 15 minutes prior to student arrival times. STUDENTS ARRIVE WITH HAIR AND MAKE-UP DONE for all Dress Rehearsals and Performances. STUDENTS SIGN IN/OUT with Chaperones upon arrival/departure. All tech and rehearsal times are as scheduled unless changed by the Artistic Director and Production Manager. Please do not ask if rehearsal will end early. If times are changed you will be notified. Baby Mice WILL NOT need to attend the Act II rehearsals during tech week. We will run your Act II part at the end of Act I rehearsals instead. 1

Tech Table with power cord needed in the house (2 six foot tables). Microphone will be needed in the house during all spacing, tech rehearsals, and dress rehearsals. Microphone will be needed backstage (stage left) for preshow speech during dress rehearsals and performances. Headset communication (backstage SR & SL, Booth, and Fly Rail x 2) and dressing room communication will need to be set up prior to or during load-in. Check all headset and dressing room communication. Quick-change areas will be needed on both stage right and stage left.
