4 ES Reservable Union Event Space CAROLINA UNION PERFORMANCE VENUES Room Capacity Built In Technology Notes Reccommended Event Types Great Hall 626 The room contains a stage with stage lighting, and video projection system. Each client is limited to one weekend day (5pm Friday 11pm Sunday) per semester, with a total of 10 days per semester (9 weekdays and 1 weekend day). If the Great Hall is available thirty days prior to a date, clients are given the first opportunity to reserve the hall for an additional weekend day. Banquet, Blood drive, Conference, Info fairs, Receptions, Performances, Fashion shows Auditorium 340 The Union Auditorium may be booked 10 days a semester. The Union Movie screen, Auditorium is generally not available on Friday and Saturday nights during projectors, light system the semester due to the CUAB film series. Lecture presentation, Movie screening, Dance show, Information session, Pageants CAROLINA UNION RECEPTION AREAS & LOUNGES Room Capacity Built In Technology Notes Reccommended Event Types Great Hall Lobby 117 Not reservable when Great Hall is in use by another organization. Receptions Auditorium Lobby 75 Not reservable when Auditorium is in use by another organization. Receptions Art Gallery 130 May only be used for receptions and may only be reserved from 4:00pm 8:00pm on weekdays and during regular building hours on the weekend. No regularly scheduled meetings are allowed in the space. Receptions West Lounge 100 Sound system, Mic system, LCD Screen Reservable on a case by case basis. Please direct any inquiries to the Office of Event Services. Meetings Class of 2000 Lounge 75 May only be used for receptions and may only be reserved from 4:00pm 8:00pm on weekdays and during regular building hours on the weekend.
