The Gardens was first envisioned in 1986 and then in 1997 funds were finally put aside to start building The Gardens. The first Garden was open to the public in The Gardens present a unique and memorable location to host your next event.

FEES AND PAYMENT A minimum of two hours is required for all rental spaces except the Evelyn Clark Classroom. One half of the payment is due at booking (non-refundable). The Magnolia Theatre is a proscenium theatre with ample production and support space and top of the line audience amenities. This 1,180 seat theatre features large private dressing rooms as well as a spacious lobby with a built-in bar for pre and post event gatherings. This sophisticated event space features stone pavers, garden greenery, treetop views in the daylight, sparkling Tivoli lights at night and a built-in bar located just inside the lobby. AFFORDABLE. COMPLETE. The Northside Aztlan Community Center is conveniently located near Downtown Fort Collins. The new Northside Aztlan Community Center opened to the public in 2007 and has quickly become a favorite location for large and small scale events. The land and studio are now part of Reservoir Ridge Natural Area.
