The best advice is to dress to impress for the appropriate age range or category for which you are auditioning. Adult women are encouraged to wear heels that are at least 3 inches (Try to stay away from wedges!!) 3. When you walk in the audition please be fully dressed shoes on and ready to walk 4. This is a rolling audition. Auditions are from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm and you can enter the line anytime between those times. However, no one will be allowed to enter the line after 5:00pm!! $10 registration/processing fee for every individual auditioning. $12 registration/processing fee with credit/debit card. No phone calls please Download and fill out form. Bring with you to audition, along with a headshot and body shot. DO NOT US THIS FORM! All models must submit One (1) head shot and one(1) full body shot. All model s must also provide a current photo (head shot/ full body). There will be a photographer on site who can provide instant photos for a nominal fee if you do not have what is required. We will not accept pictures being ed, sent via Facebook, or Instagram. No pictures will be returned!! A: There are no age restrictions or required experience for Azani Couture s Model Call (those under 18 must have parental/guardian permission to apply). The auditions are open to both male and female, and there is no height or weight requirement. Ages include children ages 3-12, teens from years old, adults ages 18 and up. Male fitness models are welcome. Q: If I am selected for a casting call, when/how will I be notified? A: All applicants will be informed via , the confirmation will include: the dates, time and location of rehearsal. Q: What should I bring to the casting call? A: All models are required to bring a copy of the application (Your application will be rejected if submitted without a photo). Please attach photo(s) to this application and bring it to the audition. A full length shot and a headshot are preferred, however professional photos are not required, but your photos should be recent (less than 1 year old). If confirmed for a model call, print a copy of the application and bring to the audition.

By attending these events you give Azani Couture permission to take photographs of you or photographs in which you may be involved with others for the purpose of promoting Azani Couture. 5 Model Release For Consideration herein acknowledged as received, and by signing this release I hereby give the Photographer / Filmmaker and Assigns my permission to license the Content and to use the Content in any Media for any purpose (except pornographic or defamatory) which may include, among others, advertising, promotion, marketing and packaging for any product or service. I agree that the Content may be combined with other images, text, graphics, film, audio, audio-visual works; and may be cropped, altered or modified. I agree that I have no rights to the Content, and all rights to the Content belong to the Photographer / Filmmaker and Assigns. I acknowledge and agree that I have no further right to additional consideration or accounting, and that I will make no further claim for any reason to Photographer / Filmmaker and / or Assigns. MEDIA means all media including digital, electronic, print, television, film, radio and other media now known or to be invented. MODEL means me and includes my appearance, likeness and voice. PARENT means the parent and/or legal guardian of the Model. Parent and Model are referred to together as I and me in this release, as the context dictates.
