All classes begin n Tuesday, September 6, 2016 and end n Sunday, May 21, Students must cmmit t the full schl year. Please register early t guarantee yur chice f classes. If classes are filled, we will place yu n a waiting list and ntify yu if a place becmes available. All Children s Divisin classes will participate in a year-end Children s Divisin Shwcase n Sunday, May 7th and we have peridic parent bservatin weeks scheduled n the schl calendar. There is a specific Dress Cde fr bys and girls fr each class level in the Schl. Please find the Dress Cde infrmatin sheet enclsed. Yu may purchase yur child s unifrm nline r in persn at Dancing Supplies Dept lcated at S.W. 8 th Street in Miami ( ). All Dress Cde merchandise is sld at a discunted rate fr ur students at Dancing Supplies Dept. Please nte that Children s Divisin classes are nt a part f the graded curriculum at Miami City Ballet Schl and students seeking admissin t the Student Divisin will be re-evaluated by the schl faculty at the end f the year. If yu have taken class at Miami City Ballet Schl in the past, then yu already have an nline accunt. Please d nt create a new accunt. Yu will lgin as an Existing Accunt. The username is nrmally the parent s address. Please cntact us if yu have d nt knw yur username r passwrd. Please fllw the instructins belw: 1. Please enter yur username and passwrd t lgin. 2. Click n the Accunt tab t update yur cntact and payment infrmatin. Under the Accunt Infrmatin sectin, please update yur desired billing frequency (Full payment with discunt, 2 payments, r 8 payments). The Full payment with discunt nly applies if it the full balance is paid by September 1 st. Then select recurring billing under the Credit Card Infrmatin sectin if yu wuld like yur credit n file t be charged autmatically fr each payment due. This nly applies t tuitin csts; nt fees. Yu are respnsible fr paying the registratin fee and perfrmance by September 1 st t guarantee yur child s placement in the prgram. This will nt be autmatically charged t the credit card n file. Select the crrect sessin, Schl Year then yur class preference by clicking n request class n the right hand side f yur desired class. Once yu select yur desired class, it will say PENDING APPROVAL It will take abut 5 business days fr the schl t apprve yur selected class Yu cannt pay fr the class until it is apprved Then, scrll dwn t the bttm f the page and click submit registratin. 4. Yu will receive an cnfirmatin within 5 business days. Yu will then be able t access yur custmer prtal where yu can make payments, view ur plicies and prcedures, and update yur cntact and payment infrmatin. 5. All tuitin is due n the 1 st f each mnth. Tuitin can be paid n yur custmer prtal r by cash, check r credit card in the MCB Schl ffice. EARLY DEPARTURE Students are nt permitted t leave class early. In extenuating circumstances, parents shuld cntact the Schl Office t receive permissin fr a student t be excused early. CLASS OBSERVATION Students are nt permitted t bserve class unless a dctr s r physical therapist s ntice has been given t the Schl Office and is apprved.
