2 Metropolis Factory is an event venue and showroom featuring authentic vintage pieces as well as original furniture from local Industrial Designers, including Marco Pecota. We rent out the space for photo shoots, Art galleries/parties, corporate launches, film and tv shoots and a wide variety of other events! Metropolis Factory is divided into two adjoining sections, the Power Room and the Industrial Block. Power Room The Power Room is a 2-tiered area that embodies the old world factory environment, with wraparound catwalks. Industrial Block The Industrial Block is a one-level open space that exemplifies an authentic warehouse vibe while giving you plenty of room and freedom to add your own style and flair. Our standard weekday {Mon-Thurs} rates are: Metropolis Factory {entire building}: $5,000 {capacity: 500 people cocktail, 250 seated} Power Room: $3,000 {up to 250 people cocktail, 125 seated} Industrial Block: $3,000 {up to 250 people cocktail, 125 seated} Our standard weekend {Fri-Sun} rate is: Metropolis Factory {entire building}: $5,000 As a non-liquor license facility we require a Special Occasions Permit for any liquor to be sold or served on our premise. All bars for events must use a Metropolis Factory approved staffing agency.

3 We have a fantastic and diverse array of preferred caterers available for your event. From cocktail platters to full sit down dinners, our caterers will ensure your event is serviced with exquisite taste and efficient staff within any budget criteria. Once an event is booked, each caterer you choose will supply a quote based on your event expectations. Please consult with them directly to discuss your menu needs. 4 A Sound Technician is mandatory for all events with DJs, live music, and/or any other type of musical production. Please see our preferred vendors list for choices of A/V Techs. The amount of security is dependent upon your event logistics and will be charged at a rate of $30.00 per hour per guard at a 4 hour minimum. Metropolis Factory has the right to hire security for any event where we see a need. Any charges for hiring security will be billed back to the client. Metropolis Factory offers 2 complimentary two-tiered coat racks with a capacity of 150. Additional coat racks, hangers and tickets will need to be rented based on your event logistics. Professional Coat Check staff can be hired through our staffing companies. Based on your event logistics, further rentals may be required. If so, our exclusive rental supplier, Exclusive Affairs Rentals, can supply all your rental needs. Visit their product guide at Free public parking is available on Edwin Ave. until 12am every day, Monday to Friday. Dupont St. is free parking except from 4 pm to 6 pm Monday to Friday. There are eight spots available on the Metropolis Factory property for you on your event day. Onsite parking logistics will need to be planned with our Event Coordinator if you will require outdoor space for your event. More parking may be available at additional cost, please inquire with our Event Coordinator.
