3 About the University Musical Associates The University Musical Associates, also known as the UMA, is the community patrons group for the FSU College of Music. We are an integral part of the performance life of the students of the College through our attendance at concerts and financial support. The UMA continue to be inspired by the students who enrich the culture in our community through their performances. The UMA funds assist students in all musical disciplines within the College of Music. The organization provides financial assistance for students to travel to competitions and professional conferences, and it also provides support for special performers and scholars to visit our College for public lectures, concerts, and masterclasses. We invite you to join and become a member in the season as UMA celebrates 26 years of proudly supporting music students.

Even though these concerts are not on the UMA series, UMA members have the opportunity to purchase advance tickets at the same time you sign up for membership. 5 Parking Information Members at the Patron level and above receive a parking permit to gain access to one of three parking lots reserved for UMA members for all 17 concerts. Simply pull up to the gated lot, show your parking permit to the attendant, and park within easy walking distance to Ruby Diamond Concert Hall and Opperman Music Hall. You will be in the performance hall within minutes.
