R SEPTEMBER 2018 PETROLEUM PRODUCTS ACT, 1977 (ACT No. 120 of 1977) The Minister of Energy has under Section 2(1)(c) of the Petroleum Products Act, 1977 (Act No.120 of 1977) made the Regulations set out in the Schedule.This Schedule substitutes the Schedule promulgated in Regulation No.R778 of 31 August 2018 SCHEDULE Maximum Retail Price for Liquefied Petroleum Gas 1. The maximum retail price for Liquefied Petroleum Gas supplied to residential customers for the period 05 September 2018 to 2 October 2018 in various LPGas zonal areas are shown in Regulation 3. R SEPTEMBER 2018 R. 924 Petroleum Products Act (120/1977): Amendment of the regulations in respect of petroleum products PETROLEUM PRODUCTS ACT, 1977 (ACT No. 120 of 1977) AMENDMENT OF THE REGULATIONS IN RESPECT OF PETROLEUM PRODUCTS The Minister of Energy has, under section 2 (1) (c) of the Petroleum Products Act, 1977 p(act No. 120 of 1977), made the regulations set out in the Schedule. SCHEDULE 1 Definitions In these regulaions "the Regulations" mean the regulations published by Government Notice No.777 of 31 August 2018 The following regulation is hereby substituted for regulation 660 of the Regulations 2 Substitution of Regulation NO. R SEPTEMBER 2018 PETROLEUM PRODUCTS ACT, 1977 (ACT No. 120 OF 1977) REGULATIONS IN RESPECT OF THE SINGLE MAXIMUM NATIONAL RETAIL PRICE FOR ILLUMINATING PARAFFIN 1. I, Mr. J. Radebe, Minister of Energy, under section 2(1)(c) of the Petroleum Products Act, 1977 (Act No. 120 of 1977), determine that a maximum retail price for Illuminating Paraffin (excluding the price of any form of packaging) will become effective on the first Wednesday of every month. 2. The single maximum retail price for illuminating paraffin, excluding the price of any form of Packaging for the period 05 September 2018 to 2 October 2018 will be c/l. 3. Commencement These regulations shall come into operation at 00:01 on 05 September 2018
