INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL OF TRADITIONAL MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS BUSEVEC 2015 INVITATION TO PARTICIPATE Ogranak Seljacke sloge Busevec, the cultural and performing society, is going to organize the 13. International Festival of Traditional Musical Instruments from October 01 to October , in which you are kindly invited to take part. This Festival is aiming at : -primarily promoting of traditional musical instrument playing -getting to know culture and tradition of other nations and ethnic groups -friendly gathering and making friends with goodwill people Festival particulars and rules : Organizer : Ogranak Seljacke sloge Busevec and Cultural and Performing Society Association of the town of Velika Gorica Date : Participant arrival : 01-October-2015, before noon Participant departure : 05-October-2015, after breakfast Participants: Croatian and international folklore groups and individuals playing traditional musical instruments Provided by the organizer: -food, 3 meals a day -accommodation - hostel or hotel -Croatian Traditional Musical Instruments, presentation/lecturing -Touring bus sightseeing and a trip

2 -remembrance gifts and certificate of participation for each participating group -special award to the group having made the best impression in general Provided by the participants: - transportation to the festival at their own expense - visa if needed for the citizens of their country - various security systems if needed -8 and 15 and 30 minute performance/ show programmed - presentation/lecturing own instruments -folk costumes/ traditional clothes as worn traditionally, representing their country/region Number of participants : Total number per group should be up to 15 people if possible NOTICE : All the participants are allowed to do videotaping /sound recording free of charge. We will send you a certificate of participation not later than 10.July NOTICE: Photography of the participating group is obligatory to be enclosed your registration form (Video taped, printed or sound recorded material is very welcome, too).
