2 Teachers- We are so excited to have you celebrating our 90 th season by joining us for our March 2019 Link Up concert, The Orchestra Moves! We hope that the new life we ve brought to this program will show your students how music can move them. In a world where so many things divide us we hope this experience connects your students. We hope as they are linked up with the musicians, with our community, and with each other that they can build lasting connections between the music and their hearts. Please use this booklet as a guide to allow Link Up to support your work in the classroom. 3 LINK UP IMPORTANT DATES Teacher Workshop October 25 th, 2018, 4:30-6:00 PM WISD, Ann Arbor Michigan Music Mentor Deadline November 1st, 2018 Final date to apply for the supplementary Music Mentor program. 25 th 1 st 23 rd 1 st Teacher Workshop October 23 rd, :30-6:00 PM Hilton Elementary School, Brighton Busing Subsidy Deadline November 1st, 2018 Final date to indicate a need for a busing subsidy. Ticket Adjustment Deadline March 5 th, 2019 After the ticket adjustment deadline you will be billed for the number of tickets you reserved. Even if you end up brining fewer students to the concert than planned. 5 th 18 th 19 th $100 Deposit Due Date January 18 th, 2019 Reservations with unpaid deposits are subject to cancellation after this date.
