2 On the following few pages, you will find all materials you should print for the Tinnitus Terminator program. All of the chosen files will help you better organize. Here is a short recap of the steps of this program: 1. Questionnaire: Answer the questions to determine your tinnitus severity level. 2. Program: Go through the audio recordings exactly as recommended, based on your type of tinnitus. - Use the How Loud Should It Be to determine the volume for your listening device. - Listen to your recommended audio files in the evening, during the last hour before going to sleep. - Use a set of headphones or sit in quiet room, with no background noise, every day at the same distance to the speakers. 3. Charts: Use the charts you received to follow your progress and take action, according to the given advice. - Go through the Depression and Anxiety Marks Questionnaire and the Audio Tracker every time you finish one of the therapies (the White Noise, the Fine Sounds, the Call of Nature) and try to do this in the morning, when your brain is most rested. 4. FAQ: Read the frequently asked questions in order to eliminate any risk you won t follow the program as needed and to adjust it to your needs and daily schedule. Good Luck! Tinnitus-Terminator.com 2

When working on my goals I put maximum effort and work even harder if I suffered a setback. I regularly set goals and objectives to achieve my vision of life. I think positively about making goals and making sure my needs are met. I use rewards and consequences to keep Tinnitus-Terminator.com 12

13 myself focused. I think that if I work hard and apply my abilities and talents, I will be successful. My biggest reward after finishing something is the satisfaction of doing a good job. I think about myself as a positive person with a positive attitude towards people and life. I smile or enjoy a joke, a funny moment every day. I do believe that, no matter the situation, I will make it alright. I take everything as a challenge. Total Tinnitus-Terminator.com 13

14 If you achieved points: That s great. You get things done and you don t let anything stand in your way. You are a self-motivated person and you spend significant time and effort on setting your goals and achieving them with a positive attitude towards life. If you achieved points: You re doing OK on self-motivation. However, you could achieve much more. To be able to obtain what you want, you will need to increase the motivation factors in all aspects of your life. 20 Frequently Asked Questions The questions and answers below should offer you clear advice on how to go through the Tinnitus Terminator without difficulties. Please read them before starting the program. 1. What is included in the Tinnitus Terminator package? The Tinnitus Terminator is a complete program meant to help you cure tinnitus and improve your hearing. It contains: The Tinnitus Terminator ebook ; 30 audio files, each 15 minute-long, structured on 3 therapy sessions (10 audio files for White Noise, 10 audio files for Fine Sounds, 10 audio files for Call of Nature); 1 How Loud It Should Be audio, to help you determine the volume level of your therapy; 1 Audio Tracker audio to check upon the evolution of your therapy; The Tinnitus Terminator Pocket Guide: the short structure of the protocol, meant to be printed. 2. What device should I use to listen to the audio files? I personally recommend to use any device, music player that you have and to listen to the audio files with your headphones. If you don t like to cover your ears with headphones, you can also listen to the audio files in a quiet room, with no background noise, every day at the same distance to the speakers. 3. Where can I find all the audio files? Tinnitus-Terminator.com 20

21 You can download all the audio files, as well as the ebook and the Pocket Guide, on the Members Area. You can return to it every time you consider it necessary. 4. How loud should I play the 30 audio files so that they have the proper effect over my tinnitus? Each person needs to adjust volume for the therapy audio files according to the How Loud It Should Be audio file, based on the device used to play the tracks and individual hearing needs. This recording will enumerate a series of common words that, if you can clearly and easy understand, shows that you set your listening device to the right volume level for your needs. Keep the same volume for all the tracks you will have to listen to next. 5. When is it better to listen to the audio files of the 3-part program? I recommend listening to the audio files during the last hour before going to sleep. Let s say, for instance, that you go to sleep at 10 pm; that means you should listen to your 15 minutes of therapy anytime between 9 to 10 pm. The reason I m recommending this is because sleeping heals you, meaning that the changes in your brain this therapy produces will continue to work while your brain is resting and, because there aren t any other external factors for it to pay attention to, it will focus more on the healing process. 6. What happens if I skipped a day? If you skipped a day, it s not like it s the end of the world. The Tinnitus Terminator is a simple program that can also be followed while traveling. You have the Pocket Guide that you can print and Tinnitus-Terminator.com 21

22 you can easily copy the audio files on any portable media player to take them with you. Anyhow, if you skipped a day take an at least 2-day pause and start over the entire program. 7. When is it better to go through the Depression and Anxiety Marks questionnaire? Go through the Depression and Anxiety Marks questionnaire preferably in the morning, the day after you finished one of the therapy parts, before listening to the first audio file of the next one. 8. When should I listen to the Audio Tracker? The Audio Tracker and the Depression and Anxiety Marks questionnaire go hand in hand. Please listen to the Audio Tracker after you finished a therapy and before going to another one, in the morning, when your brain is well rested. 9. When will I notice my tinnitus has improved? You will get the first results in about 2 weeks. In the beginning, during the first 2 weeks in the program, most of the people who used the Tinnitus Protocol reported they felt less stressed (74%) and that they slept better (68%). For the third week in the program, most of the people (89%) remarked the ringing and noise in their head reduced in intensity by up to 70%. Within the last 9 days of the program, all the tinnitus patients said the ringing in the ears stopped, thus achieving a 100% success rate. Yet, if you don t get noticeable results by the 21 day of the program, I advise you to stop it for 2 stth days and start over because some of us achieve milestones differently when it comes to healing processes. If this happens, it doesn t mean you can t cure your tinnitus. Tinnitus-Terminator.com 22

23 10. Should I make any changes in my life when I follow the Tinnitus Terminator program? The Tinnitus Terminator is an easy to follow program that is not meant to affect your current lifestyle. Of course, you might be more successful into faster curing your tinnitus if you have a healthy diet and sleep at least 6 hours every night. But, again, this is up to you. The Tinnitus Terminator is a side-effects free therapy that aims to heal tinnitus in 30 days, without requiring you to do anything else besides exercising your hearing with specially designed audio tracks. 11. Do you have a hard copy of this ebook? Due to the nature of this project and the fact that nobody was willing to pay attention to it, from doctors to recording studios, this project is available only online for a limited time only. If you need a hard copy, I strongly advise to print the schedule of your therapy and the evaluation questionnaires and you won t need more than 12 pages printed. Check the Tinnitus Terminator Pocket Guide for the most efficient and printer friendly version of the protocol. 12. What should I do if I don t understand something, I have questions regarding the program? As I was telling you in the beginning, you are not alone. I look over every single person who joined the Tinnitus Terminator community as a friend. I can understand what you re going through. I get that you are frustrated, tired, maybe a little depressed. That you can t sleep at nights and every single task can turn into a challenge you re not feeling up to. I was in your shoes and I completely understand where you re coming to. As easy as I tried to design the Tinnitus Terminator program to fit everybody, I believe that everyone is Tinnitus-Terminator.com 23

24 unique and thus, many questions may come up. If you d like to meet the wonderful volunteers who are a part of this helpful community, ask questions, get support, do write us at: support@tinnitusterminator.com Thank you! Tinnitus-Terminator.com 24
