2 REGULATION Art. 1 Can participate in the festival Children and Young Singers, between 6 and 25 years old, as SOLOIST. The Festival will be divided in Two categories: - Category Children : 6-13 years; - Category Young Artists : years. The age to be able to participate in the festival has to be to complete or finished in the year Art. 2 The application to participate in the festival has to reach to the Association Giovani Artisti by info@picospettacolshow.com within and not over April (last day - ). The organization of the festival is not responsible for documents not received due to postal problems and wrong sent . We invite you to contact us by phone to inform us that you sent the material to the number tel/fax To the application to participate will have to be enclosures: - Attestation of payment (money orders) of 30,00 Euro, addressed to the Associazione GIOVANI ARTISTI IBAN: IT94B BIC BPMOIT22XXX or with WESTERN UNION; - Declaration written that it confirms the date of birth and the residence of the singer participant. - 2 small photos (type passport) and 2 regular photos of the competitor. - A CD with the song unpublished choice for the Festival from the competitor participant. - 5 copies of the text of the song. - The Competitor's curriculum. - Entries will not allow submitted by different people but the application form must be sent only by the interpreter, also please do not send notices through photos but only in pdf format - ONLY for the participants that haven t an inpubliched song: A CD with the recording of an any song performed by the artist, Art. 3 - The festival will develop in the evenings of June 17/ On the evening of June each competitor will perform a famous song, at his discretion; - On the evening of June each competitor will perform with the song UNPUBLISHED chosen for the festival. - For all the Artists participants to the festival, accompanying persons, authors, parents, friends, organizers of italian and foreigner festivals, will have to pay for their expenses, but a convention will be activated in a Hotel that we will communicate later. Art. 4 For the Singers that don't have an unpublished song: If these singers will be selected for the festival, will be to them submitted an unpublished song chosen by the organization of the Microfono D Oro. In this case, the Artists will be had to provide, to own expenses, for the realization of the musical base and the arrangements, for the recording of the voice; everything must be highly professional. All the selected artists, will be contacted by the organization of the Microfono D Oro and they will have to send the recorded CD, to the Direction of the Festival, within 15 days. Please, don't send the musical base. For the Singers that have, already, an unpublished song: If these singers will be selected for the festival, they will be contacted by the organization of the Microfono D Oro, and they will have to send the definitive CD of the song select for the Festival, within 15 days. Please, don't send the musical base. The organization won't allow the substitution of the song introduced to the beginning with other songs. For all the artists selected for the Festival. Within 10 days, they will have to pay: SOLOIST COMPATITOR 70,00 to be inserted in the CD COMPILATION, punishment the exclusion from the Festival and CD COMPILATION. JUNE 17, 2016 will take place on pre-festival "Le STELLE CANTANO ASPETTANDO IL MICROFONO D ORO" in which all competitors are asked to participate in singing any song, this evening you can also wear traditional costumes of their country of origin. Will be awarded the top two

3 performers in every category. the outcome of the pre-festival does not affect the evaluation of the Microfono d Oro Festival JUNE 18, 2016 will take place "Microfono D Oro Festival". JUNE 17/18, 2016, the organizers of the festival offer lunch, dinner, bed and breakfast before the departing ONLY to competitors. JUNE , after the festival, will be offered to all people, a midnight buffet for the greetings. Art. 5 THE SONGS MUST HAVE INTRODUCED AND INTERPRET ONLY IN ITALIAN LANGUAGE and must not contain advertising messages or words that offend a sense of decency, the people, the state and public institution. The artists who have participated in previous editions cannot revive the same song already presented in previous years. Singers won't be approved in play back, but will be approved second bawls and choirs recorded on the own musical base. Will not be allowed singers who will perform by reading the lyrics. In case of suspension or termination in advance of the competition, each competitor artist NOT entitled to compensation for any damage or non-pecuniary Art. 11 The singer won the prize MASSIMO ROVERSI will perform in the 2017 edition of MICROFONO D ORO FESTIVAL. The winning song will become the opening song 2017 edition of the festival. Art. 12 All the materials submitted for the admission will not be returned.
