2 CHOIR CLASSROOM & PERFORMANCE CONTRACT This page must be completed & returned to Mrs. Randeen or before Monday, August 28, It is important that all parents and performers read through the handbook and calendar. All expectations are clearly outlined in this handbook. Once you have read the information below, return it to the instructor, along with the permission slip, Emergency Card, and any additional required information. 1. I have read the Norco Choir Handbook p. 4 (Remind & Grading Policies). 2. I have read the Norco Choir Handbook p. 7 (Classroom Supplies, Auditions, etc). 3. I have read the Norco Choir Handbook pp (Rehearsal Expectations & Behavior). 4. I have read the Norco Choir Handbook pp (Performance Requirements - Behavior & Appearance) 5. I understand the rules and expectations outlined in the Handbook. 6. I understand that performances are the class tests & competitions are the finals. 7. I understand that my child missing a concert/performance/competition is similar to missing a championship game. 8. I understand the Volunteer Hours/FundRaising requirements. (Outlined on page 17 of the Handbook) 9. My child is available to perform at the events listed in the Handbook, page18. Are there conflicts?
