1 GRAAD 4 TWEEDE KWARTAAL TOETSREEKS DINSDAG, 28 MEI - WOENSDAG 12 JUNIE 2013 Algemene inligting Vraestelle word in die registerklasse geskryf. Die fleksieperiode sal aan die begin van die dag ingeruim word op die dae waarop vraestelle geskryf word. Die normale dagprogram sal na die toets sessie gevolg word. Leerlinge word alfabeties in lokale gerangskik en antwoordstelle word so ingeneem. Wanneer die vraestelle uitgedeel word, moet al die handboeke, skrifte en opsommings weggepak wees. Vraestelle word onderstebo uitgedeel en op bevel van die onderwyser word dit omgedraai sodat almal gelyktydig kan begin skryf. Maak seker dat jy jou naam en graad bo-aan die antwoordstel skryf. Lees die vrae goed deur sodat jy presies doen wat gevra word. Gebruik die tyd wat toegeken is en moenie probeer om eerste in die klas klaar te wees nie. Geen leerling word toegelaat om te praat gedurende die toets sessie nie. Indien iets onduidelik is, steek jou hand op en wag vir die onderwyser om dit vir jou te kom verduidelik. Gaan weer deur jou antwoordstel indien jy die vraestel voltooi het en maak seker dat jy al die vrae voltooi het. Al die antwoordstelle word saam aan die einde van die sessie ingeneem. 2 GRADE 4 SECOND TERM TEST CYCLE TUESDAY, 28 MAY - WEDNESDAY 12 JUNE 2013 General information The tests will be written in your register class. The tests will be written during flexi period which will be the first period on test days. The normal day program will be followed thereafter. Learners will be seated in alphabetical order and answer sheets will be taken in, in alphabetical order as well. All textbooks, scripts and summaries must be packed away when question papers are handed out. Question papers will be handed out up side down and only on the instruction of the teachers you may turn it over to make sure all the learners start on the same time. Remember to write your name and grade on your answer sheet. Read well before attempting to answer. Use the time allocated and don t try to finish first in class. No learner may talk during the test session. When you don t understand a question, raise your hand so that the facilitator can explain at your desk. After completing the question paper, go through your answers to make sure you have answered correctly. All the answer sheets will be taken in at the end of the test session.
