2 FIRST... WHAT DOCUMENTS DO I NEED TO PREPARE? I have been accepted to an institution in France and I am not an exchange student - or - I have been accepted to an institution in France and I am an exchange student Documents needed: An ID picture (format: JPEG, size: 50ko max) A copy of your passport (format: JPG, size: 300Ko max), A resume (format: JPG, size: 300Ko max), Your most recent transcripts and/or last obtained diploma (format: JPG, size: 300Ko max), An official acceptance letter (format: JPG, size: 300Ko max) Language test (if you passed one) The official acceptance letter must include the following: Your full name as state on your passport Institutional letterhead Exact start and end dates (day, month, and year) of the academic program you are participating in Full contact information of the person issuing the acceptance letter Signature or stamp Important note on official documents: We do not allow applicants to submit an unofficial of their acceptance. 4 STEP 1 - I CREATE MY ETUDES EN FRANCE ACCOUNT : Select EN (to switch into English) at the top left corner of the screen Fill out the form carefully 2 : Please note that to receive the documents required for your visa application, it is advised you accept to receive s about the statut of your file. 3 : Click Create an account Études en France Application - Campus France process

5 STEP 1 - I CREATE MY ETUDES EN FRANCE ACCOUNT 4 Go to your inbox and click on the link to activate your account & create a password. 6 STEP 2 - I SUBMIT MY ONLINE APPLICATION 5 IF YOU ALREADY HAVE BEEN ACCEPTED Go to «I have been accepted» and choose if you are part of an exchange program or not. Then, provide the program information and click register. Fill all the areas precisely For the «motivations» part, please write down the reasons why you decided to study in France, this will be taken in account during the assessment of your application. Upload your acceptance letter, check the attachment and click Register. 5. Études en France Application - Campus France process

7 STEP 3 - FINALIZE THE PROCEDURE 6 Go to Personal information I Fill out Personal information - Upload your ID picture (Format Jpeg, size: 50Ko) = Modify my picture - Upload a copy of your Passport (Format Jpeg, size: 300Ko max) = Modify Attachments - Fill out your contact information and particular statut or tick the case «My situation doesn t apply to any of the above» II Fill out Education and professional experience - Upload your resume - Add your academic background or other experiences you want to share. Your education must contain at least 2 activities and each activity must be justified by an attachment. = Modify Attachments III Fill out Language Skills - Add a test if you passed one - Indicate your level of French and English in the specific sections. = Modify Check if all the sections are complete and click Back 6. 8 S T E P 2 - I SUBMIT MY ONLINE APPLICATION 5 IF YOU CANDIDATE (starting in November 2017) Go to «I am applying» Fill out your personal information Fill out your Program Cart Add a program Write your motivation letter Submit Check out your informations and submit your file. 7. 9 STEP 3 - FINALIZE THE PROCEDURE 7 Go to Confirm the information and submit the application. Click the case «I hereby certify that the above statements are true and correct to the best of my knowledge». Click I confirm my final choice to Campus France Singapore. CONGRATULATIONS YOU HAVE COMPLETE YOUR APPLICATION At the same time you will have to process to the payment by bank transfer. Please note that without the payment Campus France will not be able to review your file. Upon reception of your payment and after the assessment of your file, you will be able to schedule your Campus France interview if needed. 10 AFTER THE VALIDATION OF YOUR FILE... Once you finished the interview (if needed) and your application is verified by Campus France, you can then continue the process at the Consulate: Print your Acceptance letter / Confirmation of acceptance in your Etudes en France account : 1 - Finalize the procedure 1.1 select the program of my choice Take your appointment with the Consulate Go to your appointment with all your documents. 9.
