Additional specialized cabinets are designed to protect uniforms, store accessories and organize sheet music. Scuff-Gard Shelf Protection Shelves have exclusive one-piece wraparound Scuff-Gard shelf protection, engineered from high impact ABS with raised tread design for superior abrasion resistance. Wraparound design protects the front edge. Padlock Hasps Strong self-latching lock hasps and easy trigger release are standard features on Acousti-Grille and solid doors. Padlock hasp offers security. Label holders accommodate a wide variety of engraved plastic or other numbering devices. (padlocks not included) Patented Five Knuckle Hinges Proven institutional quality and strength stand up to the rigors of everyday music room use. Door hinges are five knuckle style, safety-tipped with non-removable pins, and allow 180 door swing for maximum access. 5mm thread-in screw bolt attachment maintains attractive appearance of face and sides. Casters Casters are bolted to steel reinforcing channels with end bolts extending through the bottom channel and panel into a cross-locking nylon insert. Four large 5" swivel casters (two with tread locking brakes) for easy rolling and tough duty. Free standing and mobile units with lockable solid doors or open designs. 3 4"-thick construction with laminated faces and high impact edges. Shelves have 1 7 8" (48mm) spacing, with typical compartment opening of 1 5 8" (42mm). Heavy-duty casters, bolted to steel reinforcing channels, create a stable and rigid structure, withstanding uneven floors and thresholds.
