Mullard Ferroxcube A5 grade material has ow bee replaced by A13 grade material, which offers improved electrical performace without ay mechaical chages. The followig tables, there are five i all, give the type umbers of the obsolescet cores alogside those of the recommeded replacemet types. Table 3 This table lists umerically the LA1000 Mullard Vikor series (pairs of cores oly) i A5 material which is ow obsolescet ad gives the replacemet type i A13 material. Two adjusters are also quoted, the first type (3 rib) for ormal requiremets ad the secod type (skirted head) for whe icreased stability ad improved variability are required.
