Check Well-known Tune to indicate that the track is generally recognizable to most people. The artist name must be included in the metadata file. The track must be contemporary popular music (i.e., rock, pop, hip hop, electronic, etc.). Any library submissions tagged as Artist Driven will go through the Music Team review process.
