Kungfu Chinese Boxing Performers: Wang Haiou, Yankai, Sui Zehong, Wang Rongen, Ji weixiang Introduction: Chinese Boxing is combined with long-style boxing, Taiji boxing, and drunken boxing, etc. to showcase the characteristics of Chinese boxing: a blend of firmness and flexibility, dynamic changes and free-flowing style. 2. Female Solo The Cooing Performer: Song Chunyan Introduction: The lyrics of The Cooing are taken from The Book of Songs (Shijing), the earliest poem collection of Han Chinese. This love ballad describes the cooing and love between waterfowls, metaphorically expressing how a gentleman might woo a lady. It also reflects the lovesickness and affection between lovers. 3. Dance The Soul of Terracotta Warriors

2 Performers: Zhang Ke, Yang Shuai, Cao Fei Introduction: The Soul of Terracotta Warriors is based on one of the world's eight wonders, the Terracotta Warriors and Horses of the Qin Shihuang Mausoleum. The dance shows the bravery and perseverance of ancient Chinese soldiers. Chapter 2: Is it not a pleasure, after all, to practice in due time what one has learned? 4. Suona Horn Solo Chinese Lantern Festival Performer: Wang Zixuan Introduction: - This Suona Horn Solo is re-arranged from the melody of the song-and-dance duet in Northeast China. The rough and bold tone displays the expansiveness of the Northeast. In contrast, the soft and gentle tones remind us of a joyful occasion when every family celebrates the Lantern Festival by going out and lighting lanterns in the snowy season. 5. Dance Life of Peking Opera Actors Performers: Wang Xi, Xue Zhaoxuan, Zhang Shuya, Fu Rong Introduction: The Life of Peking Opera Actors combines cha-cha and rumba with the quintessence of China: Peking Opera culture, to reappear the actor s life in traditional Beijing courtyard.

Kungfu Apparatus Performers: Yan Kai, Sui Zehong, Wang Rongen, Ji Weixiang Introduction: Apparatus is mainly performed in pairs with swords and scimitars, double swords, double scimitars, whips, and fans. It embodies the fierceness and agility of Kungfu apparatus: scimitars as violent as a tiger and swords as endless as flowing water. 7. Male Solo My Sun Performer: Liu Zihao Introduction: My Sun is an Italian Napoli folk song composed in It has been performed by numerous famous tenors but also has been recreated by many popular singers in recent years. Chapter 3: Generated affection should be restrained by the ritual. 8. Dance Dance Galaxy Uighur, Mongolian, Dai, Korean and Tibetan Performers: Jiang Lin, Yang Shuai, Wang Yu, Cao Fei, Ding Quanjie Introduction: Drawing upon thousands of years of history, Chinese culture is a mixture of traditions that have been contributed by 56 different Chinese minorities, providing a rich diversity of styles. 4 Galaxy showcases several distinct Chinese folk dances from a few of these Chinese minorities. 9. Erhu Solo A Tender Night, Ten Thousand Steeds Gallop Performer: Gao Yunshan Introduction: Erhu is a unique Chinese folk string instrument which has existed for over two thousand years. In modern times, it continues to entertain and is often called the "Chinese violin" by many of our foreign friends. A Tender Night brings to mind a joyful gathering of friends enjoying a sweet and wonderful night together. Ten Thousand Steeds Gallop reminds us of horses galloping and horse racing in the vast and lively grassland. 10. Male and Female Duo Jazmin Flower, Drinking Song Performers: Song Chunyan, Liu Zihao Introduction: Jazmin Flower What a beautiful jasmine flower, more fragrant than the scents of all other blossoms. What a beautiful jasmine flower, more pure and whiter than snow in winter. Drinking Song is from the opera The Lady of the Camellias. The hero, Alfredo, toasts at the party hosted by the heroine, Violetta, and they express their mutual love by singing. 11. Dance Pretty Hua Dan

5 Performers: Ding Quanjie, Jiang Lin, Wang Yu Introduction: Hua Dan is one of the traditional Chinese opera roles, usually played by young girls. The dance Pretty Hua Dan exhibits the charm of nimbleness and the beauty of innocence. Chapter 4: All within the four seas are brothers. 12. Kungfu Pair Exercise & Interaction Performers: Wang Haiou, Yan Kai, Sui Zehong, Wang Rongen, Ji Weixiang Introduction: Pair Exercise takes the form of a drama presenting the beauty of Kungfu morality: supporting justice and helping the weak. 13. Sports Dance As Red as Fire Performers: Wang Xi, Xue Zhaoxuan, Zhang Shuya, Fu Rong Introduction: In As Red as Fire, the dancers wear red costumes, symbolizing fire. Stunning routines and steps display the most animate elements of Latin dance. 14. Mixed Quartet Half of the Moon Climbs Over Mountains, Oh! Susanna Performers: Huang Mingshui, Qiu Zhaowei, Song Chunyan, Liu Zihao

6 Introduction: Half of the Moon Climbs Over Mountains describes a scene where young people, happily in love, anticipate a tender night. The American song, Oh! Susanna, a minstrel song by Stephen Foster, is one of the most popular American songs ever written. The song blends together a variety of musical traditions and is regarded as Top 100 western songs of all time. 15. Dance Folk Dance in Shandong, China Love Each Other Performers: Ding Quanjie, Jiang Lin, Wang Yu, Zhang Ke, Yang Shuai, Cao Fei Introduction: The hearts stay close for people who are far apart but love each other. There is no distance between two nations, but interaction among hearts. Let us do Yangge, a Chinese folk dance together! We love each other. We are family! 7 Introduction: China is vast in territory with multiple nationalities and a long history, thus the widespread folk tunes are like the beautiful flowers in spring, colorful and fragrant, among which there is a contemporary song composed on the basis of folk tune The Reed Catkins. Now, let s welcome professor Song Chunyan! 2.Dance Joyful Beat Performers: Wang Xi, Xue Zhaoxuan, Zhang Shuya, Fu Rong Introduction: With Latin Style Jive dance, cheerful music and dynamic movement, the Joyful beat delivers the youthful atmosphere and energetic demeanor of contemporary Chinese college students.
