2 GENERAL INFORMATION ON TABLETOP EXHIBITS & RECEPTION To exhibit at the IBSC 2012 Conference please complete the attached Exhibitor/Sponsor Reservation Form. Appropriate equipment and publications may be displayed, but no live demonstrations will be permitted. You need not be present at the event to rent a tabletop. If you will not be at the event let us know and we will place your literature on your table. Any materials you send will not be returned to you.
