To attach your promotional material to our walling we ask that you use Velcro, wall shelves (weight limits apply), slat walls or hook and chain. All items available from AEH. Do not screw, nail, pin, staple, drill, use double sided tape, blu tac or glue of any description on our walling. Any damage to walling or staples / screws found in our walling may incur charges billed directly to the exhibitor. NO FRONT STRUCTURE REQUIRED Should you choose to remove the front structure from your booth we may be required to install walling returns into your stand to provide structural support for your walls. Changes to booth configurations on-site including the removal of fascia boards will incur a fee of $110 incl GST. I still wish to have fascias velcroed to the rear wall (please specify text in the boxes above) IMPORTANT! If this form is not completed and returned by the due date we will print your company name as provided to us by the Organiser. Any changes required after the fascia sign has been printed will incur a $ incl GST fee.

2 STAND MODIFICATION FORM This form only applies to exhibitors requesting changes to the standard set up Please complete this form if you want to make changes to the standard set up eg ordering additional walling, doors, slat walling, shelving, electrical or audio visual equipment. Using the grid below please mark as clearly as possible your desired layout for your stand. Please note, changes are subject to Adelaide Expo Hire approval and alterations may be required based on surrounding stands. Any on-site changes will incur a fee of $110 incl GST per hour (minimum 1 hour).
