1 QUICK REFERENCE GUIDE Do you want to join a TimeBank? Here's how you can use the Web-based software, Community Weaver.0 developed by TimeBanks, USA to become a new TimeBank member.

Join A Timebank Go the TimeBanks website Verify Your Email Address (Here, we'll use the DCTimeBank as the demo) a. Go to https://dctimebanks.org. b.

Click on the button: Join, located on the Login to DC TimeBank box on the Website. a. Check your . b. Click the link contained in the you get from the TimeBank, to verify your address for your new account. Agree to the Terms of Service 4 Complete Your Profile a. Review the Terms of Service for the TimeBank b. Click the button, I Agree to the Terms of Service a. Click the Complete Your Profile button b. Go to to Your Profile Page and enter in all the required information Remember: Once you complete your profile a TimeBank Coordinator will still have to review and approve your membership application

3 Create A Profile Go Your Timebanks Website Find the Profile Icon Login with your username and password a. Click on your Profile Icon b. Enter the information requested on your Profile Dashboard, to indicate your: Contact information, Communication preferences, Living Situation, Connections with other members, and more. Enter Profile Information Here, we'll enter Contact Information a. Click on the Contact button b. Enter the contact information you want to include c. Click on the Save Changes button to save your entries

4 Add A Profile Picture Go your TimeBanks website Find the Profile Icon Insert Your Photo (DRAG-N-DROP) Login with your username and password a. Click on your Profile Icon b. Hover your cursor over the Profile Icon on the Profile Dashboard and follow the instructions Here, we'll Drag-n-Drop the photo: a. Click on a saved photo from your computer. b. Drag the photo onto the Photo Icon. OR 4 Upload Your Photo (FILE UPLOAD) Here, we'll do a File Upload of a saved photo: a. Click on your Profile Icon b. Click on the file folder where you've saved your photo, c. Click on the saved photo (usually a.jpg file), and whether you choose, Drag-n-Drop, or File Upload you'll see your beautiful photo on the Profile Dashboard! 4

Type all the details about your offer. They can include the: Title Description Expiration date and any details a. Click on the Categories button, to select categories for your offer. b. Click on the Save Changes button, to save and post your offer to your TimeBank community c. Go to your dashboard to view your new offer

View all the TimeBankers' Talents categories c. Click on the heading of a category you want to print. For example: Arts, Crafts and Music Print the Category a. Select the number of entries you want to print from the drop down menu underneath the Print Icon button b. Click the Print Icon button on the top, right-hand side of the page Pro- Tip You can also select the Filters button to print out all talents

8 Check Timebank Balance Go To Your Dashboard Click on My Stuff on the top menu bar View Your Balance View the remaining balance in your account
