Solid wall HDPE pipe diameter manholes are available up to inches and profile wall HDPE PE 0 manholes are available in diameters up to 0 inch ID, in a variety of stiffness ratings to suit the application. Outlets/ inlets are sized and welded into location according to the customer plans with special portable extruders that extrude larger/stronger welds than traditional extrusion gun welding. Outlets/inlets can be plain end for butt or electro-fusion connections or flanged per specifications. overs can be bolt on, hinged or eccentric manway covers. HDPE manholes can be designed to withstand H- wheel loading. Ladders including HDPE ladders or other corrosion resistant types can be fitted and securely attached to the structure, when required. ases can be extended to offset the lifting loads of water tables. Gussets are used to reinforce inlet/outlets and bases. The advantages of HDPE manholes are numerous when compared with other materials. HDPE manholes are lightweight and easy to install. HDPE manholes are tough and able to withstand ground shifts encountered in unstable soils, or stresses from compacting garbage when used in live landfill applications. This toughness when combined with fusion welding or extrusion welding of bases and penetrations reduces the potential for leaks and subsequent infiltration/exfiltration. HDPE manholes are corrosion resistant and able to stand up to acids and toxic chemicals found in all type of environments, including chemical plants, landfills, even hazardous and toxic remediation site applications. Each manhole is custom fabricated to exact specifications, not an off the shelf product which the customer needs to adapt to their application. In addition to manholes, Fusion Support Services, LL fabricates to plan, special purpose structures including valve boxes, sumps, tanks and knock out pots for condensing or drying moisture from landfill methane gas. Fusion Support Services, LL also offers special fabrications and custom fittings including exact angle elbows (i.e. 7.5 degree elbow) tees and reducing tees with flanges or MJ dapters fusion welded on the fitting, large manifolds with specially designed outlets, even pump float structures for use in corrosive or slurry ponds. 8 POLY OLT PS INSTLLING HDPE FLNGE SSEMLIES IS ESY WHEN USING POLY OLT PS. Poly olt Pacs consist of a specially designed set of hardware, including bolts, nuts and washers for use with HDPE flange sets. The entire set is bubble packed to prevent lost components and to ensure the correct amount of each component gets to the job site together. Extra long bolts and thread length compensates for variations in different manufactures flange adapter thicknesses and various sdr ratings thicknesses. olt sets for traditional pipe materials are not long enough for use with polyethylene pipe flange sets as the flange adapters/back up ring or flange are very thick compared to other pipe materials. Each Poly olt Pac includes the correct amount of heavy hex head bolts meeting STM 07 Grade or -STM -5 Grade OR which posses a minimum of 55 KSI yield strength. The heavy hex head maximizes the bearing load surface area under the head to act like a washer. The head matches the same wrench size as the heavy hex nuts which are supplied in the pac. The heavy hex nuts provided meet STM -5 Grade and have an enlarged contact surface area approximating the diameter of the washer. Washers are provided in the pac and are traditionally used in systems where working pressures are 0 psi or greater as the washers prevent galling of the LJF top plate by the nut rotation. The Poly olt Pac assembly is zinc powder coated for excellent corrosion resistance. Stainless Steel Poly olt Pacs are also available on special order. 14 POLY-LOK Restrained Joint Grooved HDPE Pipe with a spline connection, POLY-LOK provides a superior pipe system that is tough; will not rust, rot or corrode. It can be easily dismantled and moved allowing for system changes or temporary pie installations. Poly-Lok requires no butt fusion, solvent welding, mechanical couplings, or electrofusion couplings to assemble. POLY-LOK has precision machined grooves on the pipe and coupling allowing a spline to be inserted resulting in a restrained joint. O rings in the coupling provide a pressure seal. 15 TERMS OF SLE PRIING ontact Fusion Support Services, LL (FSS) for a quote for all items. Orders are accepted by customer service/credit and require a written purchase order. ILLING Minimum billing $0.00 Terms net 0 days from date of shipment. Early payment discounts as offered in writing. Freight charges are prepaid and added to the invoice unless otherwise specified. LIMITED WRRNTY FSS warrants its materials to be free of defects in workmanship. This warranty does not apply to materials that have been altered, subject to misuse or has not been installed in accordance with instructions. Installation of electrofusion fittings must be carried out by a qualified operator and/or by witness of a factory representative. The obligation of FSS under this warranty shall be limited to the replacement of any part that may prove defective. FSS shall have the right to inspect any part that may be defective and purchaser shall return part to FSS. Purchaser shall assume all responsibility and expense for freight charges and removal and reinstallation of said part. FSS shall not be liable for indirect, special, incidental, consequential damages or penalties, or to the purchaser or their customer or any third party for injury to persons or property. RETURN POLIY ll returns must be approved by FSS with an approved RG (return goods authorization.) TERMS OF FUSION UNIT/ELETROFUSION UNIT RENTL GREEMENT The rental of Fusion Support Services, LL (Hereafter called FSS) fusion equipment and accessories shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this rental agreement. Rental of the fusion equipment is according to the conditions of this rental agreement. Rental rates shall be according to the published rental rates of FSS or according to a written quote by FSS. PYMENT Invoices for rental fees, technician fees, travel fees, taxes, travel expenses and other fees will be sent on a weekly basis and at the end of the rental agreement. Lien waivers will be sent on request upon payment of the invoices. DMGE/LOSS Loss or damage to the unit while on the job site or in transit will be the responsibility of the Lessee. USE Lessee will use the unit in a careful and prudent manner and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. y acceptance of the unit, the Lessee assumes all risks of loss and damage to the unit and agrees the unit will be returned to Lessor in the same condition as when received, ordinary wear and tear excepted. osts and expenses of repairs caused by negligence or damage to the unit will be charged to the Lessee. WRRNTIES FSS warrants no work done by anyone except their authorized personnel. FSS will not accept any back charges due to scheduling delay, equipment failure or unforeseen events beyond the control of FSS. TEHNIIN Fusion joints made by the authorized technician of FSS are warranted against failure caused by faulty workmanship. Upon determination of FSS that a fusion joint failed due to faulty workmanship, FSS will furnish the fusion unit and fusion technician including travel and expenses to repair the defective joint. FSS will not be responsible for any other costs, direct or indirect relating to the repair of the faulty fusion joint. FSS shall not be responsible for any loss, liability or damage caused by the use of the fusion equipment.
