4 PRM Product Line up MULTI CHANNEL SD/HD The Reference Standard in LCD Rack Monitors Space Utilization & Appearance True High Definition Performance Utilizing high resolution 800x480, 960x540(PRM902Q & PRM207Q only) 8Bit LCD panels, PRM series monitors display accurate high Definition color in every size This results in superior color reproduction that cannot be found in typical LCD rack monitors Most smallformat LCD monitors use 6Bit dithered panels Dithering is an electronic optical illusion in which nearby pixels display slightly varying shades or colors to trick the human eye into perceiving the desired color In reality, a true 6bit LCD is capable of reproducing only 262,144 of the 167 million colors that are visible on the true highdefinition PRM series 8bit LCDs Other Monitors (6bit) 2 PRM Monitors (8bit) 1:1 Pixel Mapping Mode The PRM series highresolution 800x480 LCD panel features a 1:1 pixel mapping mode that allows users to view the native HD resolution of all video sources 1:1 Pixel Mapping Mode Complete MultiFormat Support The PRM series supports all HD/SDSDI signal formats* including the DCI 2K digital motion picture format at 2398psf/24psf/2398p/24p * Including: SMPTE274 (1080p 30/2997/25/24/24sF/2398/2398sF and 1080i 60/5994/50), SMPTE296M (720p 2398/24/25/2997/30/50/5994/60), SMPTE260M (1035i 60/5994), ITURBT656 (576i 50) and SMPTE125M (480i 5994) standards
