2 Creative Specs This format consists of two files: Initial dimensions: 1024px (w) 90px (h) Maximum expanded dimensions: 1024px (w) 335px (h) Maximum file size: 150KB. Showcase Ad dimensions: 300px (w) 250px (h) Maximum file size: 40KB. Video: If the creative includes video, follow the submission guidelines below. How it works The Teaser stage is frequency capped to twice per user per day. From now on, the creativity will start directly from the Collapsed stage. The transition between stages is animated and page content seems to be dragged. The advertisers creative will be displayed within the standard placement. 1. Teaser stage ( ): Once the Header is fully loaded it will push down the content of the page from 0 to 335 pixels. The duration of this uninitiated expansion, will be limited to 7 seconds. b. A Collapse button, which takes the experience to the Collapsed stage. 2. Collapsed stage ( ):: The size of the collapsed header creative will be pixels. b. A Expand button, which takes the experience to the Collapsed stage. 3. Expanded stage ( ): Execution of panel expansion will entail a push down of content below the Header creative. The size of the fully expanded creative will be pixels, pushing down the page content 245 pixels. At this time, the creative may download additional files (up to 2.2MB). b. A Collapse button, which takes the experience to the Collapsed stage. 4. Closed stage: At any time, a highly visible close button allows the user to remove the header experience. The transition between these stages should be seamless as possible, to help the user to associate with one another.

5 Video submission guidelines Summary Here s a summary of the audio and video specifications you need for the best results. For further details, please read the information listed directly below this summary. Resolution Video Resolution Recommended: 1280 x 720 (16x9 HD) and 640 x 480 (4:3 SD) There is no required minimum resolution - in general the higher resolution the better and HD resolution is preferred. For older content, lower resolution is unavoidable. Originals The less a video is re-encoded prior to submission, the better the resulting video quality. We encourage you to submit videos as close to the original source format as possible, with a minimum of intermediate re-encoding steps. Each re-encoding can generally degrade the quality of a video and create some specific problems too. Bit rate Frame rate Codec Because bit-rate is highly dependent on codec there is no recommended or minimum value. Videos should be optimized for resolution, aspect ratio and frame rate rather than bit rate. The frame rate of the original video should be maintained without re-sampling. In particular pull down and other frame rate re-sampling techniques are strongly discouraged. These should be between and 30 frames per second. H.264, MPEG-2 or MPEG-4 preferred. Aspect ratio The aspect ratio of the original source video should always be maintained: Submitted videos should never include letterboxing or pillarboxing bars. Frame Rate Codec Sampling rate Channels MP3 or AAC preferred. 44.1kHz Channels 2 (stereo) Audio The video frame-rate should be the same as the original where possible - up-sampling from a 24fps original can cause judder artifacts for example. For film sources a 24 fps or 25 fps progressive master yields the best results while videos that have had a re-sampling transfer process applied - such as Telecine pulldown - often result in a lower quality video.
